"I ordered CCI/Blazer 9mm 115 Grain Full Metal Jacket ammunition from Code3Tactical. I was not in urgent need of the ammunition, but it was refreshing that Code3Tactical posted on their website before I ordered that the ammunition was on national backorder and would not arrive for 2-8 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when the ammunition arrived after only 3 1/2 weeks, as I had anticipated a longer wait. I am also now a loyal customer to Code3Tactical because they have not raised their prices of ammo as much as local shops and they are honest about the long wait for ammo, unlike a lot of other online stores I've purchased for. I will definitely work with Code3Tactical again."

"I couldnt receive any response from this site. I have ordered a package of material. I need to know the exact shipment date, cause i will arrange my friend to receive the package. But noone respond mey emails. Moreover, i called them several times but telephone number given is not working. I need to change the adress but i cannot communicate with them."

I see that you emailed us 4 times however all the emails were sent before we even opened this morning. We do have our hours posted on our website and also you received an auto response to each one of your emails advising we would respond when we opened. I'm sorry if you overlooked this information.”

"Terrible place to order from.
Placed online order on April 5, 2013 for 2 pair of Tru-Spec 24-7 Series Mens Tactical Pants (Poly/Cotton) size 38 x 32.
Today is May 13, 2013.
5 full weeks since I placed my order.
I was 1st notified that item was out of stock.
Then item was on a short backorder.
Then item was en route from manufacturer.
Wait, and wait, and wait some more.
I finally asked to have my order cancelled which was the easiest part of this transaction. I'll give them credit for cancelling my order for me without a hassle, but come on, 5 weeks?
I could have gone to Texas, picked the cotton, and spun my own pants in 5 weeks.
Maybe these guys have a good brick and mortar store?, but online retailers they are not."

"I ordered two shirts on 03/15/2013 from code three tactical. As of today 04/22/2013, 38 days later, I still DO NOT HAVE MY SHIRTS.
I have sent multiple emails, as they do not answer a landline, and have been told to wait or canel the order. The one thing that has happened, besides my level of frustration rising, is that code three tactical was paid my money and HAS NOT DELIEVERED.

I will never spend one more dollar with this company again. I recommend that anyone considering doing business with them to stop and spend the extra $8-$12 dollars you will save and go with a reputable company.

Follow up April 29, 2013.
Still no shirts but an email from code three tactical saying the manufacture sent the wrong items to them and again I can cancel. I have waited 40+ days for two shirts and they claim the wrong shirts were sent. This company is a fraud and has not refunded my money or emailed me back since.

If you are military or a LEO avoid these guys as they are not worthy of a dinar let alone US currency.

I will continue to update this as well as start multiple other posts on the other reviews, forums and websites until they resolve this.

Still no shirts but I have made contact with the business and they are now stating that they are unable to get them. I asked for and was told I will be receiving a refund, however I am not going to wait around for that like I did these shirt and have disputed the charge.

After waiting for a month and a half the business said sorry and offered me a $25 credit for a knife,...really? Let me guess.......the knife is backordered.......keep it code three tactical.

Avoid this business at all cost. Do a Internet search this business had an "F" rating with the BBB and multiple poor reviews all over the Internet.

Update and response to code three's comments.
If you would like I can post on here every single email that we sent back and forth including the one where you offered me $100 for my inconvenience. This offer was only given after you found that I had posted on here. To the general public code three tactical also tried to have this post removed stating I was never a customer. Reseller rating requested my purchase documents which I provided and look what is still up.

To come on here and call me dishonest is outlandish and if you are in any form of law enforcement you should be ashamed as YOU are the dishonest one. I told you in our last email I had no hard feelings just wish you guys could of told me, prior to me contacting you, that you could not fill the order. I WAS a customer who tried to purchase a product for your store, simple as that.

Hell I did not even accept the $100 worth of free merchandise that code three tactical attempted to give me.

AVOID CODE THREE TACTICAL AT ALL COST!"

I'm sorry for your frustration that the manufacturer was out of stock of this item. You were notified of the backorder several times and were continually advised you could continue to wait for the manufacturer to get it back in stock or cancel the order without issue.

We have an A- rating with the BBB and did before you placed the order and still do now. Much of the information you provided in your review does not match the correspondence we had back and forth. I find it unfortunate that you felt the need to be dishonest with the information you provided in this review in an attempt to be vindictive because of the backorder.”

“I'm sorry but you ordered some ammunition. The ammunition type you ordered is in high demand and currently on a national shortage. We've had the ammo on order with the manufacturer long before you placed your order with us. Our website also advised of the ammo shortage before you placed your order?

Also I checked and your credit card was never charged. It was authorized at the time of purchase and that authorization hold falls off your account within a couple days of placing your order. Authorization holds are done by your own bank and is out of our control.

We too are frustrated with the national shortage on ammo.”

Some of your items shipped and you were advised via email and the packing sheet that you would receive the remaining items in a subsequent shipment. "Do not order from this website. I place an order for a pair of handcuffs on 06/27/12. I did not get any shipping tracking number or order updates. As of 07/11/12, still no cuffs. They were supposed to be a gift, and now it was too late. I emailed then asking why it was taking so long and to just cancel my order. I got no apology or any sort of explanation. All I got was a standard order cancelled email. This place is garbage, beware. They deserve 0 stars."

"I haven't had any updates or responses to my requests for updates on my order. It has taken far too long in my opinion, ordered 01-08-2012, told it was back order 3-7 days 01-11-2012, still waiting with no responses, no product, nothing except they did bill my credit card and this is 01-24-2012.

Now 02-02-2012. I did receive the light on 01-30-2011, but no holster. According to customer service, the holster is back ordered from manufacturer and they offered to credit my card and cancel that part of my order. Still no credit on card although they say they did. Credit card says they have no record of credit and it does not show on statement. Code3tactical did admit to an "Unknown reason" for my order to "Get lost in the shuffle". However, it looks very much like they use customer money from the moment you place an order with them (credit card charged immediately) and that they utilize very poor business practices.

Sara did attempt to make this situation right. However, it was a poor attempt and the credit card still has no credit for items not received. Of course she sent me a coupon for a future order. There will be no future orders from me.

Ordered the same holster from another merchant on 01-30-2012 and it is out for delivery today 02-01-2012.

Beware of Code3tactical. "

"My experience was similar to other negative reviews on these guys. I placed an order and was not told the item was on back-order for a week after. The item was not shipped out when I was notified it would be, and I have been waiting for over a month now to receive my order. Shop elsewhere.

In response to Code 3's comment:

I went back and checked my emails. You are correct, it was not a week later that I heard about the backorder. I apologize. Below is the exact chrono-sequence from the emails I received. I'd say your system has some hiccups to say the least...

12/8/2011 2:53pm - Item ordered (according to your confirmation).
**Did not received notification that item was backordered at time of order.**
12/12/11 10:47am - Received backorder notice. Email noted that the order would be delayed 3-7 days.
12/30/11 8:59am – received first receipt for purchase along with notice that order had gone to shipping.
1/2/2012 12:11pm – received email with tracking # and note that item had shipped within last 48hrs.
1/4/2012 1:12pm – received another email stating that order was updated to status of shipped.
1/6/2012 11:33am – received notice from Postal Service that item was actually accepted for shipment on 1/5/2012 1:28am.
1/11/2012 1:42pm – Item ordered on 12/8/2011 has still not arrived.
