I'm sorry but you ordered some ammunition. The ammunition type you ordered is in high demand and currently on a national shortage. We've had the ammo on order with the manufacturer long before you placed your order with us. Our website also advised of the ammo shortage before you placed your order?
Also I checked and your credit card was never charged. It was authorized at the time of purchase and that authorization hold falls off your account within a couple days of placing your order. Authorization holds are done by your own bank and is out of our control.
We too are frustrated with the national shortage on ammo.”

I'm sorry for your frustration. I understand your mother ordered the gear for you and we received multiple emails from both you and your mother. Some of your items shipped and you were advised via email and the packing sheet that you would receive the remaining items in a subsequent shipment. I understand that you later located our emails in your spam/junk mail folder. Again, I am sorry for your frustration.”

Placed online order on April 5, 2013 for 2 pair of Tru-Spec 24-7 Series Mens Tactical Pants (Poly/Cotton) size 38 x 32.
Today is May 13, 2013.
5 full weeks since I placed my order.
I was 1st notified that item was out of stock.
Then item was on a short backorder.
Then item was en route from manufacturer.
Wait, and wait, and wait some more.
I finally asked to have my order cancelled which was the easiest part of this transaction. I'll give them credit for cancelling my order for me without a hassle, but come on, 5 weeks?
I could have gone to Texas, picked the cotton, and spun my own pants in 5 weeks.
Maybe these guys have a good brick and mortar store?, but online retailers they are not."
