"Contrary to the previous posters, I can assure you this company is not a scam. However initially I thought the same, as the guy is very, very slow to respond to emails. I ended up lodging a dispute in PayPal because I wasn't hearing anything, and then everything worked out fine. Was it because I lodged a dispute or is he just slow? I don't care really - I received the product I ordered and am satisfied now. Not for the faint hearted. "

"This company is a scam. I paid for this item on 10/7/12

I did not get one response to 5 of my emails, 18 phone calls about the status of shipping.

After I filed a paypal claim on 10/10/12, they gave a tracking number on 10/11/12.

Today is 10/22/12, I still have not received the item, tracking status shows item has not been dropped off yet.

I cannot believe paypal still lets these crooks accept funds when they do not ship out any items."

"The above review about sums it up. I just wanted to add that I don't think they're in business anymore. I called in Aug/2012 and got the the same routine as in July. No response. The phone number appears to be a cell. I don't have Paypal and their site displays M/C, Visa, etc. Order was rejected."

"I placed an order online via their website, and paid with Paypal. After a week of not hearing anything regarding this order, I sent an email asking for an update. 2 days later, nothing. I sent another. Still no reply. I called the contact phone number listed on their site, and got voice mail ( which was generic, for some unintelligible person's name). I called again, same voice mailbox. Called for the 3rd time 2 days later, voice mailbox full message. Starting to become concerned, I searched the yellow pages for this company, both by name and by website listed address. Nothing to be found. The BBB contact number for them was an invalid number, so on 9/5/11 I submitted a dispute form via Paypal.The next day on 9/6, I received an email from USPS advising of a shipment. Coincidence? Who knows. Hopefully I'll get what I ordered. But, with zero communication, god help the poor soul who might need to return or attempt to get a refund from q-lon.
