"I placed an order online via their website, and paid with Paypal. After a week of not hearing anything regarding this order, I sent an email asking for an update. 2 days later, nothing. I sent another. Still no reply. I called the contact phone number listed on their site, and got voice mail ( which was generic, for some unintelligible person's name). I called again, same voice mailbox. Called for the 3rd time 2 days later, voice mailbox full message. Starting to become concerned, I searched the yellow pages for this company, both by name and by website listed address. Nothing to be found. The BBB contact number for them was an invalid number, so on 9/5/11 I submitted a dispute form via Paypal.The next day on 9/6, I received an email from USPS advising of a shipment. Coincidence? Who knows. Hopefully I'll get what I ordered. But, with zero communication, god help the poor soul who might need to return or attempt to get a refund from q-lon. Buy at your own risk with these folks."
