Got the electronic confirmation e-mail almost immediately. Checked order status over the course of the next couple of days. Upon arriving home, I found the memory had been delivered today.<br><br>Tonight (13 Mar 2006), I got e-mail confirming shipment - that the order had shipped on 10 Mar.<br><br>OK, that\u0027s the bad side.<br><br>The good - the memory arrived in decent time. It was indivdually packaged in anti-static bags. It fit and is running very nicely. "I ordered a memory stick for my computer. It was DOA. Getting a refund was a huge hassle. I was talked to very poorly by customer service. I was remaining as respectful as possible on the phone, and when I said I was taking my business elsewhere the rep basically said good riddance. I had to pay for my own shipping to return the item. I wasn't expecting a refund after what I had experienced, but they did eventually provide one. I would not recommend."
