"I have purchased several parts from this vendor, mostly motherboards. I had to RMA 3 motherboards over a 2 month period and had an awful time dealing with them. They lost one main board, and it took an agregiuos amount of time to get any replacements or fixes. I will not buy from them anymore. I am very disappointed with their customer service."

"I ordered a video card from them on 12/13/04. Shipping was to take place in 2 to 3 business days. It's been 8 days. My credit card has not been charged, I have not received an email that my order has shipped, and their email addresses bounce back as undeliverable.

What's up with them? Are they out of business????"

"The entire process of ordering to shipment was very easy. Tracking #'s were sent promptly, and I even received a "delivered" confirmation after I received the product. I would purchse again from this vendor."

"Good service, price and product from CNETPC, but the order was sent by FedEx and their service SUCKS!!
Although I regularly receive UPS and USPS packages at this address, the mentally handicapped FedEx employee could not find it. The house is on a main street in the city and the house number is on the curb and the house.
I was required to go to a neighboring city to their pickup location and at that time the less-than-helpful woman tried to send me to another location across the city, until I called FedEx.
The woman didn't know what a FedEx registration number was... Arrrgh.
About 2 1/2 hours time and $5.00+ gas to receive my package. I will not use FedEx again!
I do recommend CNETPC, but the hard drive was NOT packaged in the center of the filler material. It had been placed in the box and all the filler was on top of it. The box had been squashed, but the harddrive was undamaged. About 85% of drive failures is due to shipping.
It was a good transaction with CNETPC. (Not FedEx)"

"Very Good Prices & they shipped for free. Both items were very well packed and arrived in 2 days. They offer a very large assortment of products and their web pages are easy to navagate. I will be glad to shop here again and highly recommend to friends and family. A+++++Seller !"

"They said They would ship Command and Conquer with my 6800gt. The evga card came with farcry and I was hoping for 2 free games. Instead I just got a 'sorry, our mistake' when they didn't give me C&c. The card was shipped promptly and arrived in one peicew though, so I cant be too mad."

"Product arrived brand new and sealed within 3 days of ordering. I received emails providing tracking number, time of dispatch etc. I am completely satisfied with the product and service and will not hesitate to recommend your company. Excellent business protocol. Great price too! Thank you"

"Ordered a Linksys Wireless router and Notebook card(WRT54GS and WPC54GS) Scanned Price Watch and saw that this company has a good deal for both especially the PCMCIA card. $39, after rebate. Has since gone back up in price. Checked Resellerratings and found site to be in good standing, so I ordered. Prompt Email on status of order and delivery was 3 business days. I will order form them again for sure. "

"Excellent customer service and processing. I ordered my 6800GT from them and everything went right, the ordering process was smooth, they only list items they have in stock, and they are readily available to handle any concerns. Great A+ would recommend to anyone."

"i always order my computer parts from CnetPC. I built my system from their parts. I just ordered a 200GB hard drive and it was at my door in 3 days. I also built a entertainment center PC 3 weeks ago from them to go with a plasma TV."
