Company has no contact phone number (Which is usually an indicator the company won\u0027t deal with anyone directly in any reliable manner) and their \u0022online Chat\u0022 service provided on their website is always down, leaving only email contact, which is unreliable so far. Their website advertises \u002224 hour customer service,\u0022 but unless I\u0027m mistaken, they must mean 24 hours within any given month, because it sure isn\u0027t available during the day.<br><br>It looks like this company depends upon buyers not being aware that they substitute their orders with low quality junk in its place to cut costs. Untested Offshore cable has been shown to be unreliable and actually causes an increased fire hazard per CCCA and UL testing results from Asian cable distributors. That\u0027s a dangerous game to be playing with your customers.
