"these guys were awesome. some of the best service i've had in a long time. their prices were cheaper than other by at least $20 or $30 for the case i ordered, too. i also wanted to order 2 items that weren't on the website, one of which they didn't even carry. they were able to get it from the manufacturer and made it part of my order.
overall, an experience that had made me decide to be a repeat customer.
"I purchased a computer case and a motherboard, processor combo and received it all three days after ordering. For my area, this is two days faster than usual, so this surprised me. As for the products, everything was adequately packaged and worked great. I've had everything for a month, and it all is running fine. As far as I'm concerned, I will definitely look into this company the next time I order computer parts online. "

"On July 27, I ordered a Conroe E6600 processor. ClubIT stated the chips were in their warehouse, ready to ship on August 7. On the shipping date, I found out that ClubIT did not have the chips in stock. They have not answered multiple e-mail requests for an explanation, and will not answer their phone.
Addedendum: On August 8th, I was contacted by ClubIT who offered me an OEM 6600 for $10 off, and expidited shipping for free. I declined their offer, as I want a retail chip and I can wait. Their head of Customer Service later e-mailed me, admitted that ClubIT stretched the truth in saying they had the chips in stock, but convinced me that part of the problem was Intel's handling of the Conroe rollout. My observations elsewhere on the web support that contention. ClubIT says that controls are in place so such a fiasco does not happen again, and they have promised me that I will be happy with their store in the future.
Given the above, I have decided to modify my reviews. I was not satisfied with their offer of an OEM 6600, but many people would have been happy to get it.
Addendum: ClubIT has gone way above the call of duty in resoolving my situation. In addition to honoring their original commitment after getting the E6600's in stock, they put me in touch with a representative of Intel, who stated that the error was theirs and not ClubIT's. I must say that this really impressed me, and has made me feel much better about recommending ClubIT. I will certainly give ClubIT a chance at my future purchases, because I know now that they are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. As an aside, it was also very nice to have Intel, a huge faceless corporation, express their interest in the situation."

"My ClubIT purchase experience was excellent. Easy ordering process, fast delivery, item well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I would definitely order from them again! "I thought I would give ClubIT a try. They had a weekend special on the Samsung 214T monitors that I wanted. Cheapest prices (from a legitimate dealer) and free shipping. I jumped. The only glitch was my shipment tracking information did not come with the confirmation emails and was not available online with the account information. I emailed ClubIT and they promptly emailed an apology with the correct shipping numbers.
"I tryed out ClubIT.com Because of their cheap prices most of all, but also good selection. I build computers on the side and I built a friends computer but we used his credit card to order the parts. Clubit sends me an email saying that my billing address does not match up (which is totally my fault, I put in my home address and not my friends) and I sent back the correct billing information. Well, They later ship that order out and I got my packages on Saturday from fedex! I couldnt belive it. They either overnighted or 2nd day mailed my packages to me! And the error about the billing was all my fault. I will keep ordering from ClubIT.com. They have won over this customer."
"I had a problem with a ClubIT mail-in rebate. After posting a negative review here, they contacted me and agreed to rectify the problem. It's nice to see a company actively trying to maintain a high score here.
Other than the rebate check problem, my order was fine. "
