"Save your money and leave these people alone. The cartridges are remanufactured in China and of very poor quality. I had trouble with Clinkinks from the get-go. I used PayPal and was told on the day the order was placed, they could find no record that PayPal had sent payment, even though a confirmation was given. PayPal had to send an email to Clinkinks showing their own (Clinkinks) internal information. Upon opening one of the cartridges, ink went everywhere; what a mess. Good thing it wasn't in the printer. I won't send this back, just "eat" the defective one, and never order again. Their customer service (ordering, on-hold time, etc.) is just a bummer and a complete waste of time and money. Retail price from Staples, etc. is a hundred times better than this crap."
"I placed an order for $31.65 worth of printer ink. I never received my order and have attempted contact 3 separate time on 3 separate dates...with no response. I finally went to PayPal to issue a complaint...they still did not respond. I have now escalated this to a claim. They have not responded at all. I would stay away from this Company...I don't even know if they are a real Company. They took my money and have completely ignored me....never sending product or responding to concerns. Buyer Beware of these people!!!!"

"Not sure if it's Clickinks' fault, but the shipment never arrived. Clickinks gave me a phone number for the Post Office. I've got to follow up with them now. I still don't have product and now I have to try to get satisfaction from the USPS - yeah, like that will ever happen.
"It took weeks to get what I needed. The package was not delivered to my door by fedex. The next day, it was wedged in my mailbox so tight that no one could get it out. Had to wait another day to get it out. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had in business."
"Horrible customer service. You billed me for an order I cancelled by phone. Was told at the time I would be refunded. Wrote you three times to address not receiving a refund and received no response. Called again and was told a refund would be sent at the end of the day. Now two days later and still no refund (It's been a total of 14 days. Also you billed me for a back order before it was shipped. Questionable billing practices as well as ethics."
