I Bought a 65" Viera Plasma Panasonic. First time buying something this large on line. It was handled first rate by chris and his great staff. tracking info given promptly after it shipped which was immediate. i also like the fact that they requested fed ex to do the delivery. this means they are concerned about the way their product is shipped which means peace of mind for the consumer. 1st rate customer first all the way! i would definately buy from them again without hesitation. Cleveland Plasma (Chris) was exceptional in answering questions I had prior to buying a 54" TC-P54V10 Panny Plasma. I also had Chad calibrate the TV prior to shipping. Manna provided delivery of my set and it showed up with no problems and on time. I have since had one other question for Chris and he answered via email within minutes and on a Sunday no less! Chris was very patient and explained his return policy in detail and I was allowed to set up the set prior to signing for it to make sure all was well after delivery. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy. Absolutely NO problems and extremely helpful people with tons of customer service that you don't easily find these days. I am a lifetime client!

I had a little glitch with the delivery (not their fault) and sent Chris an email just to provide a little feedback. In less than five minutes I get a call from him with a follow up explanation. Really great seller. Bought a 65" TV and Blue Ray player. His instructions about receiving were very clear and explicit. This made sure I received a product in in great shape. His communications through out the transacation was timely and clear. I will deffinetly buy more from Cleveland Plasma in the future.

I bought an LG 50PS60. Cleveland Plasma provided a great TV at a great price. So far there have been to problems. They answered all my questions and seemed to genuinely enjoy selling TVs and other home theater equipment. I have even recommended them to my parents who are looking to buy two more TVs.

Bought a Panasonic TC54V10 from Chris at Cleveland Plasma ( Extreme Electronics LLC ).  
Best price I could find, service was top notch, Chris resonded promptly to an off hours email and answered my questions ( It seems there are no off hours for chris :) ) delivery was prompt and the dleivery personnel were exremely helpful. 5 star rating doesn t seem high enough. I would purchase again from Chris and will recommend Cleveland Plasma ( Extreme Electronics LLC ) to my friends who are shopping for electronics.

What more can be said - Chris, Ron and their staff are top notch folks! After months of research, last week I purchased the latest 65" Panasonic Plasma display (TCP-65V10) from Cleveland Plasma. All of their communications with me were lightning fast and accurate.  
 
I first heard of Chris and Cleveland Plasma on the AVS Forums. As I had NEVER before made a major electronics purchase from anyone not local to me, I was hesitant, but Chris' posts on the forums, plus his stellar feedback ratings here put me at ease.  
 
My order processing went smoothly, and I immediately received instructional e-mails concerning the delivery and inspection process.  
 
Manna Freight picked up the panel from CP, and it arrived in Houston pronto. A third-party delivery service delivered it to my home yesterday afternoon, undamaged and in perfect condition.
