This is the second Flat screen I have purchased through Cleveland Plasma and absolutely love everything about dealing with the company. From treating the customer with the upmost respect to getting the best price anywhere, Cleveland Plasma is the only place to purchase your next HD TV! Ordering is always made extremely easy and delivery was extremely fast. It’s not often you can pick up the phone and talk to the owner to get expertise advice about any model. If anyone needs further proof, just read inside any forum at AVSFORUM.COM and you can see the level of respect and reverence Cleveland Plasma holds. I will buy all my TV’s the rest of my life from CP never from the big box stores again!

The guys at Cleveland Plasma were great. They are very responsive, follow up aggressively and seem committed to a good customer experience. Delivery was so quick that I was not ready to take it the first day they wanted to deliver it which was also a great surprise. I was expecting it to come by the end of the week and they were ready to bring it on tuesday.  
 
I did not realize the delivery service included setup so I just took it at the garage but the guys were more than willing to bring it in the house if I had asked. Unexpected but nice.  
 
The price was also excellent and very, very competitive and really made me willing to pull the trigger rather than wait on 2010 LG and Sharp models.

Cleveland Plasma happens to be local to us. We were able to pick up a Panasonic TC-P46S1 the same day we ordered it. Great unit!! Great Service!!! THANK YOU!!

Ordered a Panasonic TC-P58V10 from them on Feb 13, 2010 received it on Feb 26, yes - 13 days to ship it across 3 states (Ohio to Iowa) :( The TV is perfect, couldn't be happier with that part of it, but $100.00 for shipping and a 13 day wait for something "in stock" is utterly ridiculous. And to top it off, they lower the price of the TV by $100.00 a week after I pay for mine! Sorry but I cannot and have not recommended this place to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Cleveland Plasma. The owner, Chris, was upfront about everything and answered all of my questions with ease. He set me up with a great TV deal (Samsung 55" 8500), top-notch calibration, a 3-year extended warranty and a great "white-glove" shipping service. If you are someone thinking of buying online, which you should, Cleveland Plasma is the place to go. I highly recommend speaking with the owner Chris. He is very reputable, honest and quite concerned about making sure you are happy. He even gave me his personal cell #, in case I had any problems! Talk about excellent customer service! Anyway, the bottom-line is that Cleveland Plasma has very competitive prices, excellent customer service and will make sure you are ultimately happy with your purchase.

I was initially very leery of buying such a large plasma so far from home, as I was worried about damage during transit (and the resultant headache of return/replacement). Guess I was wasting time worrying. After talking with Chris, I felt very comfortable sending my business to him, and certainly have been extremely impressed with all aspects of our dealing. My Panasonic TC-P65S1 arrived in pristine condition and works perfectly. I could not be more pleased, and will continue to send future business Chris's way.

Cleveland Plasma is one of the best electronic resellers online. Very accurate in communication and highly professional staff. I was adviced promptly when Panasonic TC-P58V10 plasma was available in stock, waited for three hours for me to respond evenif the item is hot and they could have sold to next buyer, Ordering process was very smooth and the item was delivered on time and date exactly communicated after the order.

Sellers were professional yet friendly, and didn't badger me for an upsell because I already knew the model I wanted. I was informed of all the requirements behind the purchase and shipping well in advance. When there was a minor error with the payment method, they contacted me immediately and fixed the problem while I was on the phone. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Plasma to friends and family for a TV purchase, and would give them favorable remarks if asked on AV enthusiast websites (i.e., AVS Forum, Home Theater Forum, High Def Digest, etc).

This store is a hidden gem, I hope more people find out about it through word of mouth. This is the second TV I purchased from them. Price was fantastic, delivery was excellent, and communication from Chris was great. By the way, prices fluctuate somewhat and the stock runs out, so if you see a good deal, jump on it!

Store was efficient and helpful. They took the time to explain the shipping options for US border or Canada delivery to me. Also provided detailed information about how to check a TV before you accept delivery (important safeguard for mail-order). Everything was follow-ed up by email. The shipping was delayed over Christmas but that was outside Cleveland's control. On the basis of this order - Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience working with Chris Majoros of Cleveland Plasma. We had a nice phone conversation discussing a pair of Swans F2.2F's, no pressure, then we handled the transaction over the phone. The Swans were shipped out the following week via freight and arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase high-end gear from Cleveland Plasma again

Extremely pleased with my new Panasonic TC-P65S1 plasma TV and the whole experience with Chris from Cleveland Plasma. As other reviewers have noted, Chris is extremely knowledgeable about the plasma world, and has contracted very good logistics people (Manna) to handle the delivery side of the business. Like many people, I was a bit wary of ordering such a large TV over the internet and then hoping the delivery would go well, but the logistics people had a confirmed delivery date in the Pacific Northwest within a couple of days of my order, and arrived within about 10 minutes of the start of the delivery window. They had the box open and I did the quick tests done within a couple of minutes.
