"I agree with the negative reviews completely! This company is very unprofessional and unorganized. Yes I received my product in good time and it was in good condition, but since I found the same item for cheaper on the brands website, I decided to return the more expensive one. It has already been a month since my item has been received by them and I still have not received a refund. I don't know what they do to the product during their inspection and processing period to take a whole month! Hopefully I will recieve my money soon because as of right now I'm thinking this site is fraud."

"Everyone stay away from this company. I ordered spandex leggings from a company called TruActivewear and was sent leggings from a company called Co-Zee Up. I called the company and they were not at all helpful. They are dishonest and have horrible customer service. Any other reputable company would've honored a customers complaints. So please everyone I would strongly advise you to not use this dishonest company."

"My experience in shopping with Classic Shapewear has been wonderful. Someone referred me to the site, and I plan to continue shopping with the company. The site is easy to navigate, and they seem to have everything you'll need. I love the sexy lingerie! Things are priced accordingly, and I always recieve my packages on or around the scheduled time. I have no complaints!"

"This is my 4th purchase from classic shape wear. I like the selection of waist cinchers they have but not all of them are as good as the Trufigure cincher which I recommend in particularly. Refund process is good too and was taken care of within the promised time frame."

"I will never order from them and am going to start a FB page for people who have been taken and duped by them as I have. My order never made it here and when I called numerous times, they told ME to file a claim with post office. The post office said that there is nothing I can do; that they would have to do it on their end. Classic Shapewear does not care and will not return my phone calls. I did not pay the post office; I paid Classic Shapewear. So, basically, they have my money and don't care if I got my merchandise or not.

Also, they have had 12 claims with the Better Business Bureau in the last 12 months and lost most of them.

I want my money back! I will never purchase from them again. The customer service rep was very rude.

If anyone is interested in a FB page to expose them, please let me know. Thanks!

"I've ordered the same item before and I was completely pleased with the product. Their customer service was also excellent. The size and color I originally ordered was not available so they contacted me to ask whether I wanted to change the size or color. After making my choice, they promptly sent my order. Plus, I love that shipping is free regardless of the order amount."

"I had such a positive experience from Classic Shapewear. I am so glad that I still gave them a try after I read the other negative reviews. I really wanted the Ann Chery faja and couldn't find the one I wanted anywhere else on-line.

The correct size & color arrived, and I went with the free shipping...but my item came in two days.
I just ordered from them again, b/c of my positive experience."

"RIP-OFF!!! This company is awful! They are very UN-professional and incompetent. They assume their method of payment, take your money, and your MAY or MAY NOT receive your package!!! They don't insure the merchandise so if you don't receive your item then your out of luck. CAUTION!!!! This company is a CROOK!!!"

"I was recently looking online for a good quality pushup bra for an cleavage bearing dress im going to wear to an event in the coming few weeks. Why not go to Victoria's Secret, don't the specialize in that area? Yea well idk if its just me, but a name doesnt mean the quality is there if you know what i mean. So looked online for company called Leonisa that a girlfriend of mine told me about, I believe its Colombian. Well anyway the first site that pops up was Classicshapewear.com. Now me not used to shopping online especially for bras and such, i didnt know thta there was a site dedicated to all things shape wear.. and let me tell you there was definitely a huge selection, but my focus was on bras, so I kept my eye on the prize. I clicked on the Leonisa tab and there was a nice variety of intimates and shape wear.  From the site the quality of there puch up seemed there, but you never know for sure unless you try it. I purchased Magic Up Bra (style number 011597 if anyone cares) . I got the package like 4 days after i purchased, took no time to try it on and i just about fell in love. The fit was great and it definitely did its job. A few words aboutclassicshapewear.com, I did get my package in a timely fashion so they were true to that. The packaging came in a cute little plastic envelope with their logo plastered on the front. Im a stickler for packaging. they also sent a nice little thank you note in the package along with your invoice. I dont usually give 5 stars because i feel all companies have room to grow. But this a high 4."

"I will never order from this website again, After placing my order and paying extra to have it deliver in 3 bussiness days I received an email letting me know my items were shipped (two days after i placed the order), when i finally received it, the garmint was dirty so i called and with this people you do not get good customer service, they told me that the shipping to them and back to me would be ground shipping even when i paid extra. I had to wait for an email with the shipping label that again took me several calls and 2 days to get it.

After tracking the package and knowing they did received it, I called again and the "nice" lady on the phone was kind enough to let me know they had not yet processed the exchange, lied about the day they received the package and informed me that my item was going to be shipped to me within the next 2 or 3 days, after that information i change my request to return and will never will buy from them "

"I recently ordered from here after having a baby and one item was on backorder. When I received it I didn't take it out of the package right away b/c of a family emergency, then I went back to work and it wasn't my top priority. When I finally got around to requesting an RMA# I got a response from customer service that it was past the 30 day return policy. Since it was only past by 2 weeks I told them my dilemma and they still would not take the item back, which by the way was not cheap! Needless to say I am not a satisified customer and you would think in this day and age of online retail they would want to keep their customers happy and take back the item and accommodate the customer. Buyer Beware! There is no customer service at this store!"

"I would never order another thing nor would I recommend Classic Shape wear to anyone. My order took longer then Promised to arrive. My vedette girdle didn't fit I wanted to exchange my item I filled out the return/ exchange slip with the new item that I wanted. I also called consumer service to inform them of the problem/ exchange. I called after two weeks of waiting for my Leonisa girdle, and instead of the sales rep telling me my item was about to ship she said my money was going to be returned. I am very disappointed with classic shapewear. I waited three weeks for nothing. I went to a place called Fantasy Lingerie @ 86-11 Roosevelt ave. Jackson Heights, NY 11372 (718) 779-7403 www.fantasylingerieny.com. I paid a little more but they were very helpful and patient. "
