We understand and am very sorry you are frustrated about your last order you placed with us for an End of Life product that you wished to still try to get 1 unit of.
I see you placed total of 2 orders with us, plus the one End of Life product order and we did RMA for product you bought from another company (but brand we carry).
Looks like all your order shipped with-in 1 business day (one same day, the other was placed after cut-off so it shipped the next morning).
I also see why you may be upset - looks like customer service locked your account so you can not place orders any more. Looks as you had some troubles talking with couple different staff members and customer service selected to no longer leave your account active (are no more open orders or account balance(s)).
I'm looking over the shipping on your order, it was 21 lbs that took 2 boxes to ship. The shipping rate was $9.10. Considering the weight and number of boxes, really no way to ship product for less money.
I see in contact note you felt shipping should be less than $3ish for 2 boxes with weight of 21 lbs
We are very sorry about this, however its just not possible to ship a package UPS for $3 range any more. UPS has a min. of over $6 and that is just for 1 box under 1 lbs and with no insurance or signature (these cost more).
Also looking our CRM records, maybe you contacted us from another telephone of location (if you really did make contact) - the only records we really have is when we tried to reach you to inform you of your end of life order having to be canceled and credit was issued for you, and then again later when you still never made contact credit was given - then I see you called and have some problems (talking at) staff members so your account became locked at that time.
If I may in looking over records from Intellinet, actually I see that seems to be why you wanted to order End of Life product, they informed you that there maybe another shipment or the item may have replacement coming to us at Citrus Micro.com
We understand how that could upset you, however please understand we just can not leave your order open for something that may or may not happen or come.
Again we are so sorry that we had to lock your account and not allow you to shop our site.
Sometimes that/this just for the best ttd.
We really do wish you would of taken the time to talk with us and do wish you well.

We are sorry that you had troubles with your order.
I see you placed an order for End of Life Antec P182 case.
Looks as it took couple of days for reps here to reach you (they did try many times each day).
When they reached you offered you a lab sample case that you took.
We are very sorry, our rep should of told you that lab samples do not ship the same day, we ship lab orders once a week.
You placed your order after hours on 12-22, on 12-30 you made contact back to us and changed to lab sample case, at that time our rep should of told informed you that Friday the (01-01-2010) 1st is a non-shipping day and our warehouse is closed so all lab samples from this week will ship 01-05-2010 (and yours did).
We are very sorry about that 2 day holiday delay in shipping.
Please understand if we could of made it a non-holiday for you we would of as we have every intend of keeping great clients like you happy with us and hope you will try us again.
Thanks so much for taking your time to post ByrdBirfB1rd and hope you are enjoying that P182 lab sample for $48!

Of course please if you will consider that this product came with manufactures warranty only, however we still did help you of course, and tried to with the second board you had troubles with sometime after placing the order with us.
With the changes at Epox (hence all sales of Epox board(s) was "as is" and all sales final, as well well many/most all of the boards in the final sales was only $5 to $20 each, plus we did test each MB before shipping them because of all these changes at Epox) - they are not fast to reply back.
I'm sure you're right in not getting a return email or such back, however we can't find a email that was not replied to.
So please if you would make contact as maybe email never came through or something the like.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to hearing back soon from you.

"Order shipped same day (was Xerox Solid Ink Printer) and bunch of supplies. Excellent service, when I called in, I actually got to talk to a real person. Prices was best I could find. Like the fact can see (and confirm) it's a safe shopping website right on the front page."
