I am very happy with the whole shopping experience.
I brought an Acer Laptop (with Windows Vista and free upgrade to Win7) back in Sep. The Vista was not performed too well. I planned to install my XP to it, but Acer website did not provide any XP driver.

I was surprised that I found out can return it within 30 days and get the full refund. I placed a new order (MSI laptop with Windows 7) and got the items next week. I am happy with the new purchase.
I will continue (and recommend my friends) shopping in CircuitCity/TigerDirect/CompUsa because you can not go wrong with NO TAX, FREE SHIPPING, and 30-day SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
Plus, I want to thank their representative Brian (Ext 5811). He was really helpful to solve my problems and questions.

cons key board and mouse are usb tossed used old ps2connections tech support non exsistance called on febr 4 day received as of febr 7 no responce. pros called hp order factory restore disc. need them to replace small hard drive. would never buy any used computer if i could not get factory disc. the computer was clean and works great so far good price for a 3 and a 1/2 year old .would recomend to any one call manufacture first to be sure you can get recovery disc .the microsoft disc does not have all needed drivers . thinking of getting another .

I ordered a Magellan GPS (refurb) for my son's birthday. It looks brand new, couldn't tell that it was refurbished at all. Charged it up and it worked perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone....great deal for the price. This review was modified by its author, elloree21, on

netbook great for child, playing web games w/friends, nice learning tool...keybrd, mousepad nice feel...solid all around so far...need to figure how to take pics w/webcam w/o having to use wizard...nice device at low price...RS

Always shopped @ Circuit City when stores were open. First time, purchasing from the website,
very easy & item showed up within a few days of ordering. Very pleased & will order from website in the future.

Best price on the net and at least half price of local stores. Delivered on time and RAM is working just fine...I will be using Circuit City online again!!! Thanks

NEVER AGAIN! I am going through alot of crap with them. I received a tv with a big hole in the screen. They keep changing there story on how and when UPS will pick up it up. UPS had no order to pick it up when I called. They placed a hold on my bank account for the price of the tv to ship out a replacement. They charged my account 3 times for $600. They lie about charging it. But my bank says Circuitcity.com keep charging it. They won't let me talk to a supervisor and you can't get any other numbers for them. BIGGEST mistake dealing with online company for an expensive purchase.

I had issues printing out the Rebate form for my Order. However customer support was very helpful and resolved this issue. I am looking forward to order more items I need from circuit city in futore.I find the prices very good

the TV was good, but the delivery service was
terrible. Will never order from circuit city again, if they use same delivery service.

After ordering a package deal of a TV and Disc Player, I discovered that the Disc Player did not have the capability to stream movies from NETFLIX.
Therefore, I canceled the order. The salespeople I spoke with were all very courteous.
I will do business with Circuit City on line again.

This was the first time I have ordered from Circuit City. I would be willing to do it again in a heartbeat. It was very simple and easy. I received my product quickly and in mint shape. No hassles-love it. Thanks for being there!

W9537906 contained a KINAMAX wireless mouse. This item is not self-sufficient in terms of operation, it needs a bluetooth dongle to be functional. Nowhere in the offer this important detail was mentioned. Even the plastic package is designed to held such device but is empty. This is very bad marketing.
Remaining of the orders were satisfactory and delivered fast enough.

Over all value exceeded expectations, next day shipping, great communication, and an awesome product! What else could you ask for? Total 5 stars to circuit city and viewsonic for great products and great transactions!

Be careful, they do not honor their price match policy. I ordered a large HDTV on the Jan 22nd using their Bing cash back promo at 8.1%, today Tigerdirect.com, one of Systemax's other sites has a 15% Bing Cash back offer, for a difference of about $75.00 on my order. I called customer service to take advantage of the 30 day price match policy they have listed on their site and the customer service rep said they will not honor it. I won't buy from the Systemax sites (Tigerdirect, Circuitcity or CompUSA) in the future.

I thought the price was fair, the warantee was good, the shipping time was OK and now that I have received the product I am very pleased with it. I used to shop at Circuit City a lot and purchased many products from them over the years. I was saddened when they closed their stores but was very pleased when they opened a web site on which to purchase products. Keep up the good work in offering great products at competitve prices.

The entire transaction was fantastic. We ordered the TV on Sunday and it was delivered on Friday. They kept me updated with the status of the shipping and the day of delivery they called me an hour before as promised!
