I spent some time trying to find a mini displayport to displayport cable available for purchase in the UK where I live. Impossible, nowhere.  
 
The only place that had this cable anywhere in the respectable world, with a professional looking website was circuit assembly.  
 
I was a little sceptical placing an order for the cable I needed from an unknown online store in the US though. Normally it can take weeks for an item to arrive, and no idea where it is, status etc.  
 
luckily they had taken the time and effort to integrate with paypal, and like i said before, site looked professional, so I thought there's no risk here, I need the cable, I will just be patient and place the order.  
 
so at this point I think, I'll get it in 2 weeks if I'm lucky, later if not.  
 
surprise - I get solid automated communications about the status of the order including tracking code, etc.  
 
and then after 2 days, the cable arrives.  
 
I was genuinely impressed.  
 
I have ordered items from companies in the UK and nearly all of them take longer.  
 
I will certainly always consider circuit assembly for my cables in future.

Today, just three days after placing my order, it arrived in the mail....across the country from CA. The cables were well packed in a bubble mailer and all the items ordered were included. Even the paperwork was neat, complete, and accurate.  
 
Thank you for such quality and prompt service. My needs are modest at the moment but I shall remember your company when I need additional similar products.  
 
As a side note, I spent hours, literally, seeking a supplier such as your organization. I even first placed an order with an alternate supplier whose website was difficult to navigate and which provided unsatisfactory service. Other suppliers did not have the particular items I desired or had pricing issues. You fit the bill.

I could have bought this esata bracket on ebay for about $4 except there are 2 problems with that;  
 
1) In order to get one at that price I would have to be willing to order from a company that ships from Hong Kong. No way, I'm not waiting for up to 3 weeks just to get what I really need today.  
2) Quality is a big issue for me so when it comes to inexpensive parts like this I would just as soon pay a little extra and get one here in America. We all know what kind of quality you get from China.  
 
While I'm I locating my part on CA's website, I 'm thing to myself, "how much are they going to stick me for shipping?" I am an online merchant myself and I am very familiar with shipping costs and the fact that it's common practice for merchants to tag a little extra on the shipping fees. I also knew that the item I was purchasing weighed less than 15 ounces, which meant that it could be shipped by First Class Mail. First Class is the fastest and cheapest way to ship small light weight items, but seldom do you ever see a company offer this option. Not so with this company! In fact, my shipping options were just about every way you could imagine except horseback. I selected First Class Mail and the price was exactly what the post office charges them, not a penny more. How cool is that?  
 
Wow, I end up getting my esata port in just 2 business days. The quality is superior to what I would have received from China. If I ever have any technical problems, my diagnosis will require much less time to complete because this part will probably not need to be suspected. That alone is a major time saver and worth the minimal extra cost.  
 
I received several emails providing me information on the shipping progress. Circuit Assemblers has turned out to be a top quality company that provides the absolute best customer satisfaction. It's too bad I can't order everything from them. They're obviously not out to screw me and they have demonstrated a genuine concern for the customers satisfaction.  
 
Bottom line ordered from Hong Kong @ 4.99 = up to 21 day wait for shipment of an inferior quality product.  
 
Ordered from Circuit Assembly = 2 day shipping and superior quality for just $2.37 more.  
 
I am very pleased and I give Circuit Assembly a 10+. Thanks.

This company went the extra mile for me. The item I purchased had cables that were too short for my application. They allowed me to come in and swap cables from another unrelated product to solve my problem. In this world where poor service seems to be the norm... Circuit Assembly has cable assemblies that noone else has. Their SATA cable selection in particular is great. Ideal for custom computer builds or upgrades when the existing cables won't work.  
 
Prices are very good and they ship quickly.

Prices are the best I've found on the Internet. My first purchase was SATA cables, second was HDMI cables. I did a lot of shopping around but Circuit Assembly had exactly what I wanted at the best price.
