"I bought a Christeli Tiffany several months ago and must say this has been a great buy so far.
Customer service is top notch and the product is outstanding.
It comes in 2 pieces so that makes it easy to set up and I would guess that if you ever needed to change the feel you could just get the top and reuse the base.
Also side support is very good compared to a lot of the completion and all materials are USA made and the mattress is build in SC.
There was no odor and my mattress sleeps great and has improved my quality of sleep with no back pain in the morning.
The memory foam is of high density as is the base so I would expect it to last a long time unlike some of those well known one with a density of around 3 of the memory foam.
There is also a return policy and a very generous warranty.
I can see no reason why you would not buy from this company at the factory direct prices a fraction of its competitors"

"After years of sleeping on a waterbed that I loved, I moved to another state to live with my fiance and left it behind since they're really a hassle to take apart and put together. He had just a regular spring mattress and I HATED it - I tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable, felt every single movement, had constant back aches, etc... We needed a new bed. We went to all the local mattress and furniture stores and laid on every memory foam mattress in the store, trying to find the perfect one that was affordable. Of course the ones we liked the most were the most expensive ones in the store! Or they didn't have the best reviews as far as holding up over the years. After looking at several mattress review places online, I found Christeli and people wrote nothing but positive comments about their mattresses! Quality materials, made for comfort, made in the USA, and AFFORDABLE. Because they're an internet company, and there were no model/demo beds for me to try out, I was hesitant about buying from them. But because so many people said their models are comparable to those of Tempurpedic, I just found the Tempurpedic bed I liked the most (the Cloud Luxe) and bought the Christeli version of the same level of firmness/softness, which is the Tiffany (it's about a QUARTER of the price of the comparable mattress). We promptly received the mattress in the mail, which was rolled and compressed of air to allow quick and easy shipment. While it was heavier than other mattresses, it wasn't as heavy as I thought and definitely not as heavy as my waterbed was. Per the instructions, we laid the mattress out in our bedframe and allowed it to fill up with air (12 hours), although it starts to fill out very quickly. When I laid down on the bed the first time, I was in heaven. It was SO SOFT and comfortable. I kept going back in the bedroom just to lie down on it for a minute. We've had it for about 2 months now and they've been absolutely wonderful. No back aches, no constantly being awoken because of my fiance moving around, and the bed just fits itself around your body curves. Sleep is wonderful on it. After a week long vacation recently sleeping on another bed, the feeling of getting into our Christeli mattress finally was.... bliss. We both fell asleep in about a minute and didn't wake up until morning. To say I love my bed is an understatement. I tell everyone about it that I can... I'm pretty sure I've made 3-4 Facebook posts just talking about my bed because I want people to know about this company.

Christeli is... awesome. They have great customer service and they're very active on Facebook, frequently having contests in order to win free products. And they make you feel valued as a customer. If you're looking for a memory foam mattress and you want a quality bed that is affordable, then stop your search right here and buy one of these beds. I'm not kidding. I have no doubt that I made the best possible choice I could have made in buying a bed."

"I had a waterbed prior to purchasing my Christeli bed! After owning the waterbed for many years, I had developed back issues, I had to make a change! After much research, I decided to try the Christeli Cool Memory Foam Mattress and I'm so HAPPY I did!! Calling Customer Service was like sitting down with an old friend! So helpful, considerate and knew exactly what I was looking for! Oh and did I mention the prices?? I did my homework, you can NOT beat Christeli's prices! CAN NOT! Also, delivery was less than a week, set up was a breeze! My 24yr old daughter and I did it! Well, after a few nights of getting used to the mattress, I was, not only sleeping through the night but I was waking with NO, I mean ZERO back pain!! Needless to say, I LOVE my Christeli bed and NO ONE could take it from me ????"

"My husband and I ordered a Christeli Charleston mattress in February 2013. I'm the sort of person who HAS to do tons of research, and especially for a mattress, I went all out. After 36+ hours of reading and research, we decided on Christeli, and after almost four months, we are more thrilled with our choice than ever. That the mattress and all its components are made of safe ingredients, here in the US is fabulous. That the mattress is assembled, sold, and headquartered in the US is even more fabulous. What really puts it over the top for us is the comfort! We sleep more soundly than either of us ever remembers, and our only complaint is that we often don't want to leave the sublime comfort when the alarm rings! Seriously, we love this mattress and have raved about it to friends. It's incredible. Dealing with the Christeli team was effortless - warm, helpful people, and excellent communication. If you're looking for the most restful sleep of your life, choose Christeli! "

"All my life I've slept on just plain old mattresses and never wanted to pay a little more for memory foam or any higher quality mattress. But when my back got worse, I decided to try it and OMG am I glad I did. The description was right, I "never want to get out of bed!" Thank you, Christeli!"
