Chillout games are one of if not the best retro games company i have ever dealt with.  
 
Speedy, Reliable, Corteous and very competitive on pricing.  
 
Rest assured any problems arising during any transaction are dealt with professionally and quickly.  
 
I made a mistike on a purchase through amazon and was immediately refunded and given the option of buying the item i wanted direct from their own website and a discounted price.  
 
Definately one for your bookmark folder if like me you love games old & new.  
 
This will always be my first port of call in the future when looking for games.

Website was easy to use and gave clear instructions and good info on games. Search for particular retro games for ps1 was excellent found all titles seeked. Prices were better than other websites and free delivery a bonus. Ordered 5 games all arrived well packaged the next day. Games were a gift for my 30 something brother and he tells me he is well pleased. Would definitely order from chillout games again and recommend.

Ordered three PS1 games from this store, after seeing their gameplay videos on YouTube (VERY handy - why doesn't everyone do that?).  
 
Games came a couple of days later. I've never bought used before, so was initially wary, but discs in mint condition and boxes wrapped in celophane - all worked fine.  
 
I'm starting to collect classic PS1 titles, and this will probably be my supplier of choice. They even emailed me with links to game guides, so I'm guessing these guys are actually real gamers...

Probably the best second hand games store I have ever usedi in over 20 years of buying console games. Service was ultra fast, emails polite & friendly, and when games arrived they were very well packed, clean and virtually mark free. Absolutely superb, will definitely use again.

This isn't the first time i've used Chill Out Games and i doubt it will be the last. The games are in mint condition and are delivered very fast. No complaints from me whatsoever and i would recommend them to any one looking for oder games.

Fantastic customer service. This is the only company I buy my PS2 games from. They are quick, reliable and if I have a problem they are prompt and provide a personal genuine customer service which I value very highly. Their games are cheap, but they are of the highest quality, I have never had a bad quality game from them. In fact, I have had worse quality discs new. Their name says it all really, shopping with them is a relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

I was sent a dispatch email the same day I placed the order (Mon). As they were sent 1st class I was a little worried when they had not arrived by Fri. E-mailing Chillout games I was impressed with their quick response and the knowledge they had - they told me when they would be able to report the parcel lost to Royal Mail and what I could do until then. This was all phrased in a friendly manner. The parcel 'arrived' Friday afternoon - though I was unaware as I was at work. I collected it Saturday & the posting date on the stamp matched the dispatch date I was given.  
Despite Royal Mails delay, I have found Chillout Games to be friendly & professional - with what would have been a very quick delivery (without the Royal Mail strike backlog). They seem very willing to help the customer solve problems without being accusing, condescending or making you feel like you are making an unnecessary fuss.
