Being my first "home made" loop, I had a few questions, which were sent off to the company before I made my purchase - these were answered within 15 minutes of me sending each of them.

"Bought my watercooling kit from Chilled PC and the service was fantastic, Chilled PC contacted me to say some parts wern't in stock and arranged for alternative parts to be delivered with the kit, also had 2 barbs missing but as soon as i queried weither they should have been included i had an prompt email saying they would be out in the next post, brilliant tbh and the price including the extra parts was cheaper than anywhere i could find online, so all in all an A+ preformance

From providng impartial advice on the parts I was selecting, to accomodating delayed dispatch and delivery around the times I was available, Tom was more than happy to help.
