Chilled PC (.uk)

I was pointed towards Chilledpc.co.uk by a fellow pc enthusiast who approved them for their knowledge of pc components and cooling.  
 
Was i not disappointed !! this place is awesome.  
 
They are always quick to reply to any queries you might have about any item of stock but mostly they give you that feeling of old style personal service.  
 
I have bought quite a lot of watercooling kit from Chilledpc simply because they are so helpful.  
 
Tom, the owner is a very nice guy and has helped me so much over the last few months.  
 
I totally recommend Chilledpc.co.uk as the place for all of your watercooling kit and cooling stuff.

I have used Chilled PC for a number of years now, and I have not once been less than 100% satisfied with the service, price and quality of products, both branded and custom.  
 
Deliveries are always on time and response to emails/enquiries always super quick.  
 
I have watched the shop grow and expand, and I believe this is testament to just how good Chilled PC is, for me, and for others.  
 
It is a joy not having to shop around for the cheapest price and worry about delivery times. Chilled PC will always be my number one choice for watercooling and custom modifications

Ordered from this company after discovering they were only UK etailer which had the waterblock, rad & pump / res I wanted all in stock in the 1 shop.  
 
Being my first "home made" loop, I had a few questions, which were sent off to the company before I made my purchase - these were answered within 15 minutes of me sending each of them.  
 
"Tom" at Chilled PC has provided me with unbiased opinion, recommending product(s) which he would use in my situation, when he could have easily bumped up my invoice by recommending a more expensive part.  
 
The delivery service was second to none, especially since I ordered an additional part ~4:30pm on the Friday, and recieved it at lunchtime on the Saturday - amazing.  
 
Customer experience, delivery of goods & aftercare have been the best I have had from any etailer, period.

All previous orders have been in excellent condition and sent very quickly, even on cheapest delivery option.  
Also have many, many option for delivery including Royal Mail, Courier the lot.  
 
All questions have been replied to in the quickest times I have seen, my most recent today was replied to in less than 10 minutes and a very helpful reply too. This is what made me write the review.  
 
Good selection of items and in most cases it has either been the only place to buy what I wanted or the cheapest.

Bought my watercooling kit from Chilled PC and the service was fantastic, Chilled PC contacted me to say some parts wern't in stock and arranged for alternative parts to be delivered with the kit, also had 2 barbs missing but as soon as i queried weither they should have been included i had an prompt email saying they would be out in the next post, brilliant tbh and the price including the extra parts was cheaper than anywhere i could find online, so all in all an A+ preformance

I've had several dealings with Chilled Pc and they stand out to be the best around! You cannot fault the time and effort that the store offers to customers, how many on-line stores are willing to tailor to a customer needs, I've had several modifications done by the site to my pc as well as some custom parts ordered in. I honestly would recommend this site to any one, the forums are a great way to find out information and talk to other customers and the overall service is second to none!

As a first time water-cooler, the whole prospect was a bit daunting, but the service I received from Chilled PC was absolutely outstanding.  
 
From providng impartial advice on the parts I was selecting, to accomodating delayed dispatch and delivery around the times I was available, Tom was more than happy to help.  
 
All in all, highly recommended, and will definitely use again as water-cooling needs arise.

Bought my first watercooling set from ChilledPC. I was helped by the store owner as I had no idea what to choose and after I received the parts I checked reviews and they were good and suited my use well. I did return 2 products and I feel sorry for doing that but the owner was kind enough to accept them back. Great store and I've done more orders and will be doing more in the future!

I've used this shop several times and always had good service and very prompt delivery. The owner is very helpful and happy to give advice via email/forums, and has gone out of his way to keep his customers happy. Highly recommended.

Worst web shop on the net I've tried (and have tried a lot of). Customer service is very supportive until You pay - then forget about your money and goods you have ordered. I won't suggest it to anyone!!!
