"Ordered a 1TB Spinpoint hard drive listed on the site. After waiting for 4 days (paid for 3 day shipping) I decided to call Chief Value. The rep told me that my order was canceled (on the site it was listed as prepped for shipping). I was not notified of this by email and needed the hard drive ASAP. Why would a part be listed as "In Stock" and charge my credit card if you don't have the inventory?! This was my first experience with Chief Value and because of it I will never order from them again."
