I'm shocked to be writing this very negative review of ChiefValue.com... A Newegg.com Company... I have placed many many orders with NewEgg and have always been no less than very satisfied. This however has been nothing less than horrible. I went to purchase a pair of memory sticks NewEgg was out of stock (clearly posted on the page) I did a google and found it at ChiefValue (I didn't know it was a NewEgg company) I placed my order and all was well... Until I got an "on backorder" e-mail. I asked them to cancel the order and they did... so far so good... UNTIL I check my bank statement They charged my account for a product that they 1) didn't have in stock and 2) Canceled the order from  
 
Needless to say I am NOT impressed and will not be ordering here again. I just hope this isn't a practice that NewEgg is going to start picking up... I'd hate to have to find another vendor for the thousands I spend on computer parts each year.

I have one of the best online shopping experience with Chiefvalue.com. They have great products at reasonable prices. As for shipment matters, Items arrived fast and in satisfactory condition. I will definitely recommend this seller to my family members and friends.

Ordered on a Sunday night after Black Friday, promptly received package via UPS 4 days later. No tax because I'm out-of-state. Shipping and handling was really reasonable, only $5 for a heavy Antec Solo case, plus a video card. Total price was cheaper than other big-name leading online retailers. I sent in a manufacturer's rebate on the video card and my check has been sent. Will buy again from ChiefValue.

I was actively looking for an older IDE mobile rack in black and was having difficulty finding the right one. During the search process I stumbled across a company called ChiefValue (at the time I did not know they were a NewEgg company). I found the product I was looking for at a great price, almost too good to believe. Shipping was also less than competitors. I was not sure why I had received a UPS form NewEgg as I did not remember ordering from them recently. After opening the box, examining the contents, and calling the friendly toll-free customer service number I made the connection. If NewEgg was any indication of a well-run company, then ChiefValue is no exception. I have since ordered one more item from the company and can attest to this. Well done!

I was told about ChiefValue by a friend who said they had the best prices. He had ordered a DVD burner and I decided to order the same one. I checked prices on several sites, including Best Buy, and the ChiefValue price was half of what BestBuy was charging. My product was OEM, which means plain box packaging, but was new as advertized. The product was delivered lightning fast and worked perfectly on installation. I would use this company again.

When shopping around for components for my new computer, I often found ChiefValue.com coming up with some of the best prices. Eventually, I chose to purchase some RAM from them, and was very pleased with not only the price, but also the status updates that were provided as the order was processed. Shipping was reasonable, and the item arrived as advertised.

I purchased a case from them. At first I had problems checking out but they acknowledged the problem and emailed me in a few days to tell me it was now working. During delivery it got delivered to someone else or was lost, not really sure where it went, but I think that is more due to the shipping company(UPS) then chiefvalue. A replacement was sent after UPS went through the claim process and this time it arrived to the correct place and in perfect condition. Overall the experience and service was pretty good and the prices were pretty good. I would buy from them again.
