When I went to install the updated antivirus my computer rejected it. I contacted Kasperski about the problem and they informed me that my \u0022key\u0022 was already used by someone else! When I went back to the package my new antivus had been shipped in, I noticed there was no invoice enclosed, only a card providing a phone number, only available 4 hours a day for inquiries. When I called the number it said due to large volume of calls they could not take any phone inquiries and I needed to contact them via e-mail. I had a 15 day period to return faulty security software. <br><br>Within a day of e-mailing cheapantivirus.com I recieved a message apologizing for any problems and they immediately issued a new antivirus key, which worked. They also asked if the package had been sealed, and it had. I believe they sold the software in good faith, the wrong key must have been a problem with Kasperski, since they are in charge of assigning keys for their software. Cheapantivirus.com is mearly a sales\/distributor. "I have used CheapAntivirus several times before and had not experienced any issues. They always delivered the items accurately and quickly. Just recently, the U.S Postal Service lost my package. The customer support rep at Cheap Antivirus was courdious and understanding. He quickly sent me another shipment at a lost to them. Excellent customer support!"
