"BUYER BEWARE! I never in fact received my watch after waiting two months for it to arrive. The item I originally ordered was on backorder and when I would call to check the status, I was told "any day now." After 6 weeks, I was told that they weren't sure why it was delayed (and they couldn't call anyone to get an ETA?) and I could revise my order for a watch they had in stock. I changed my order only to find out today that they shipped it to someone else! They offered to resend it to me (and I'm supposed to assume it wasn't open or tampered with). No thanks! Refund please! This is not how you run a business - especially when you have customers spending thousands of dollars for watches. My advice - go somewhere else. "
