After receiving my order confirmation that the camera would arrive in 5-7 business days, I thought it was a perfect present for my wife and it would arrive in time for our anniversary. I guess it was the wrong assumption that an order confirmation would have accurate information. After not receiving the order in 7 days, I called customer service and the owner answered. He told me the reason I did not receive it is because it is out of stock. I told him I would not have order with him if I knew it was out of stock. I asked him if he would expedite the shipping or compensate me in some way, and he said he was not able to do that. After being such a jerk, he actually tried to sell me other items!!! He was rude and condescending. My order never came. "Warning! Do not buy anything from this website. They are just scam the people. Hiden fees, selling used or refurbished products. They say "We sell all items are brand new" THIS IS NOT TRUE! You will get item in the white box! You will see extra charges when you check your credit card account. I found that they have several website with different customer service phone numbers and same stupied voice. Again get away from them."
