"this was my first time using CRP, though someone else in the school uses CRP.
My experience was not bad but not good. I tried to purchase something on line only to be blocked at the end of the credit card purchase by a CRP ad that I could not close. I did not get email confirmation of the purchase. I did call CRP and was told the electronic purcahse didn't go through and so I make another phone order. I then found out from my business office there were two deductions of the same cost on our credit card so I then went back to CRP and asked them to remove the 2nd charge and they did. Not great service. 5.14.12 the order as made and 5.17.12 the double up order can cancelled. "
