Worst Online Experience Ever!

"First of all, they charged my credit card on the day that I placed my order. I haven't received any e-mail that my order had been received. After three-and-a-half weeks, my order is still "processing," which is the same status it had after I placed my order. I have sent e-mails every day for the last two weeks as well as texts and they are never answered. Their online chat is always "Closed." I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I just read the fine print. The company has to be within 100 miles of my house and over $50.00. Same holds true for all of my other credit card companies, so next time, I am using PayPal for my purchases. Who knows if I will ever receive my order. I wish I had seen all of the negative reviews before placing my order. Would definitely be worth a few extra books just to make sure that I received it. "

Poor Communication and no empty promises

"Ordered a part for my Oven on July 3, 2017 and have yet to receive so much as a tracking number. They say warehouse orders can take 1-2 weeks so I patiently waited and finally contacted the company on Aug 3 when I had heard nothing. I got an email response sayign the item was coming from the warehouse and would be shipped on the following Monday. Haven't seen anything by Aug 15th so sent another email - No response as of Aug 18th and have yet to get a live representative on their 800 number, just has you sit on hold forever.

I'll most likely have to pursue a chargeback with my credit card company, and in the mean time I've been without a working oven for nearly 2 months.

Still Waiting for Order. Communication Abysmal.

"Order my refrigerator part 6/20. Still waiting. Have reached out 3 times because I've heard nothing from them. Promised deliver dates have come and gone. No explanation. No communication.

This company deserves to go out of business. Take your dollars somewhere else, where they won't ignore you, lie to you and make you wait weeks beyond the promised date.

Charge Today and Never Contact or Deliver

"I ordered a part advertised on-line, my credit card was charged immediately. Twelve days later I discovered the charge yet no part or communication from them at all. I had to contact them to discover the part was no longer available, a fact they were aware of yet failed to communicate or refund. This place is a sham!"

Slow to ship or update customer

"Ordered something on the 16th of june. I had to call a month later to find out the part was on backorder (should have indicated that before taking my money). No shipping information at all about the part or tracking number. Once I called I was then notified that it was backordered and should arrive in about a week. Part finally arrived today, and somehow I have a shipping email indicating it was shipped today and arrived today. Just some general information or customer service to indicate that it would be delayed would be nice. I have not tested the part yet, but box was damaged upon arrival. I can't say don't shop here, but just be prepared to be in the dark about your parts. Hopefully my experience was a fluke."

"I placed an order and paid for it 20 days ago! I called today and the "Customer Service Manager" not even said hello he asked for order number placed me on hold without saying anything to come back saying that they had to re order the part and will arrive there (not to my address so add the extra shipping time) on August 1st! that means 45/60 days for a microwave plate???????
I asked for order cancellation and you have to wait 3-4 days for money refund. Plus no way to speak to someone else that this EXTREMELY RUDE PERSON> HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not possible to get money back on canceled order

"They charged me up front including shipping charge at time of placing an order, no mentioning of the part being back ordered. I called them every week only to be given a new date. Getting through to someone was quite challenging each time. I was on hold for 30 minutes to 1 hour listening the repeated message saying "all agents are assisting other customers. Please hold". I waited for a whole month, still back order. I finally canceled my order and regretted I didn't do so sooner. I've never received my money credited back on my card that they said they were going to. I can't get through to them on phone any longer no matter how long I hold & wait. I just filed a claim with my credit card company. Hopefully, they will get the money back for me. Do NOT buy from this horrible company. They scam you."

"i placed an order 6/8/2017 based on the availability of an item. Them after 3 weeks still no item. When i called they tell me item is in back order but wait according to your site the item was available. They tell me is will be shipped out soon today 7/11 I have to call again and hear it is still in back order. Target date 7/17 for them to get it before shipping it to me they tell. Your company is a disgrace.
A) you say the item is available on the site thanks for lying to my face.
B) I have to call you twice in order to find out what is going on. You take my money but you cant contact a customer telling him the order is in back order, NO the customer has to do all the work in order to get his product. If I would run A business like that I would run it right into the ground.

I can understand that sometimes parts are not available but say it up front or contact the customer but don't lie to your clients.
I will NEVER ORDER PARTS from this company again.

HORRIBLE COMPANY - Go elsewhere - pay less, and escape the aggro. Save yourself!

"Central appliance did not apparently have our part in stock but instead of saying this, sent the wrong part with no explanation. They refused to send a return mailer, so I had to pay 40% of the value of the item just to return it to them.
Also, I paid 35% less to buy the correct item somewhere else.
Also, they had the item a week before they even sent it. I know this because I spoke with someone who assured me it had just arrived and would go out the next day. Lies going and coming.
They will not answer your emails. Be forewarned. This is a terrible business. Go elsewhere - pay less, and escape the aggro. Save yourself!

"Just called CAP to find out where my part is at after waiting 2 weeks from the initial order and they said it is at the factory and will take another month for them to receive. Why does this company not notify you of this or tell you this up front? Terrible communication and customer service."

Unprofessional and incompetent jokes

"I ordered my grill parts 5 weeks ago. I called 3 weeks ago and they said it was on back order but they had it and it would get to me that week. I called 2 weeks ago and again they told me they had just received it and it was going to get to me that week. I called today and they told me they would get it in 2 days and the "times they give are just estimates." I asked the customer service guy to cancel the order and no apologies, he said ok and hung up on me. They are jokers who have no idea what they are doing. Go somewhere else and save yourself the time. Clearly their reviews are terrible."

Promises fast shipping, never ships.

"The part was in stock, the site says next day. It's been a week. Sent 3 emails and called the company. A man said he'd cancel it and refused to send me an email confirmation. I get an email saying they had to order part from manufacturer after a week of emailing them. I feel this site is using false advertising to lure people into choosing them. They display grand reopening so I am left to wonder why their original business closed and who they were. Please, do not buy from the company unless you want to be treated like crap.

"I ordered a Bosch dishwasher part before googling the company and after I ordered did my diligence. I was worried about all the bad reviews and that the part would never come. We paid for standard shipping and the OEM part showed up in 24 hours. I thought they were great and they had the best price too. "

No part, no customer service!

"I ordered a replacement heating element for my oven 3 weeks ago. After ordering something online you generally receive some sort of tracking right? Well, not with this company. Just an email saying thanks for you money & maybe one day your part will show up...if you're lucky.

After a week I decided to email them for a status. I do like to use my oven, ya know? No response after a few days so I send a follow-up email...no response. Now we're over 2 weeks into the order and still no part or a response from customer service. I tried calling but their phone # goes straight to voicemail...each of the 10 calls I placed over several days. I also tried texting the # on their website and you guessed it, no response.

I ended up opening a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund because this company clearly as no plans on responding to me or sending my product. What a complete waste of time this has been!
