We apologize for the inconvenience, but we did everything possible to correct this issue. Problems with merchandise can happen to any company, big or small, especially if it's modern complicated electronics like gaming desktops. Most problems arise due to unforeseen factors like damage caused by shipping carriers - though we are using one of the most expensive shipping methods. We are sending computers out right from the test bench in working order and we can only hope that carrier delivers PC in the same condition.
We wanted to note that even though problems like this can happen to any company, not every one treats customers equally. We did not charge a penny for this whole process with 2 returns under warranty, we have pre-paid shipping both ways, covered parts and labor with no expense to customer. We have done everything possible to minimize problems during shipping by packing PC with extra care. After having problem with second shipping we did not wait for a return but instead we have built a completely new computer with several free upgrades. We also provided free bonus merchandise with this computer.
We believe that our RMA service was handled better than just "fair" considering amount of work we have put in fixing problems that arose not by our fault.”

We are always do our best to resolve any issues that may arise, most of which unfortunately are caused during shipping even though we have some of the best packaging procedures in the market. We get somewhat rare reviews on resellerratings because when everything is perfect most customers simply don't have time because they are busy with their new computers (running games on max settings :-). Most reviews are left after some problems arise and so far we have handled them very well as you can see from our ratings. And though no business runs smooth and there always will be small percentage of "problems" you can judge the company by the way it handles those problems. Customer's satisfaction is our priority.”

"These guys stepped up to the plate big for me. The first computer that I got had a motherboard problem they payed for the shipping back and made repairs to the computer quickly and got it back out the door. As fate would have it Fedex damaged the computer on its return trip to me so when I got the computer back it still did not work. Centaurus took over from here had Fedex pick back up the computer they then built me a whole new computer and got it out the door before my original computer got back to them they even made upgrades to the motherboard and the case at no cost to me. I would buy my next computer from these guys, a real class act Thanks so much."
