Despite several attempts to call you to sort this out, we have been unable to reach you by phone.
As I stated in my email to you, we want you to be completely happy with your shopping experience. With this in mind, it would have been helpful if you had contacted us directly to let us know there was a problem.
Our silver jewelry is all Sterling Silver and is Hallmarked by the Assay Office in Dublin Castle to guarantee this.
As I explained in my email, the polish used in the final stage can sometimes react with a persons skin and cause a black or green mark. This can be rectified by polishing with a soft cloth for a few days.
However, since you are not happy with your jewelry despite this, we will gladly take it back for a full refund.
I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with your jewelry and hope that this will go some way to making the experience a better one.”

Thanks so much for your feedback.
The picture of this particular ring on our website is a computer rendered image. Unfortunately it makes the oxidised parts look darker.
Apologies for any confusion. It is not intended to be deceptive. There are only a small number of rings which are depicted with this kind of image.
We are working on new photos of these rings to replace the current images.
The oxidisation process causes the rougher parts of the Silver to change to a dark charcoal colour. This will get darker with time.
