"I had some problems with UPS charges here in Canada. I had paid for shipping and brokerage yet the package seemed to have come collect. I never really found out why. I did note after delivery that on the shipping email it had an extra product code that inferred the shipment might be collect. All was fixed up after contact with Cellular Accessory. Thanks for having good products at really good prices and great customer service. I apologize to Terry for being so late in adding this."

"I ordered two car chargers, a rapid charger, and a new battery for my Nokia 3360. Prices were excellent and shipping was reasonable, shipping turnaround was fine. The chargers work fine, although the battery was DOA. They cross-shipped me a different battery (they paid shipping both ways), and actually shipped me a nicer battery at no extra charge. Customer service was responsive and polite. All in all, a good experience."

They always seem to have what I want, in stock and at a competitive price. In those rare circumstances where they don’t have the lowest price, I assure you, their service and support more than compensates for the pennies you might be saving. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases from CellularAccessory."

They have a wonderful array of older accessories for those of us to stubborn to give up our old phones for the fancy computer phones. Thank you for thinking about all your customers, not just the technology smart people."
