"I have never ordered online before. My service provider helped me find Cellular Accessory. They have a wonderful array of older accessories for those of us to stubborn to give up our old phones for the fancy computer phones. "I was hesitant to buy a cell phone battery over the internet because I had heard about so many folks being fooled into buying old or used batteries, but the price was reasonable enough that I took the chance.

The battery I received was new and in the original Motorola packaging. I charged it and it lasted a full week before it needed to be charged again. I am pleased with the product and the transaction, and would not hesitate to buying from Cellular Accessory.com again. Thank you!"

"This may be one of the best eStores I have ever shopped at! Their service has been awesome. Their prices are the best I've found, and their products are best of breed in the world!

After unsuccessfully looking for months for a 3-in-1 charger that would work with my iPhone 3GS, I finally found one here.

I had a pre-purchase question about the device and called and received a friendly , courteous, and accurate answer so went ahead and ordered 6 of them for all of our vehicles and travel bags.

One of them was defective, and when I notified them they immediately shipped me a replacement and emailed a printable postage paid return sticker for me to mail back the defective part. All very quick and painless, and without any hassles.

Their great attitude made them a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Oh yah. I almost forgot the best part, they were the lowest priced vendor for the part I ordered, beating the next closest offering by almost 50%!!!"

"Sometimes, companies make mistakes, and sometimes they keep digging themselves deeper. In my case, I ordered a product from CellularAccessory.com for an overnight delivery before their 11:00am order cutoff time. The product didn't arrive. They apologized and promised to have it delivered the following day. I asked that they charge me a 2-day air rather than an overnight delivery since there was a delay. They agreed.

Well, they SENT it by 2-day air, which frustrated me even more.

The fact that this company always answered the phone and always answered their e-mail was their saving grace in my book. They resolved the problem, refunded my delivery charge, and I am left with a good feeling about the whole transaction, despite the delay."

"My experience with the so called "professionals" was far from that statement. I ordered $90 worth of product and inadvertantly forgot to select the free shipping option, which I didn't notice as an option. I just figured that is how they would ship it. I noticed the $13 charge for S&H on the invoice. I emailed the site right away and followed up with an email as soon as I noticed and was told in an email the next morning that it "was too late" that it just went out the door. Hard to believe it shipped the next morning when most carriers pick up after 2:00. I tried to reason with the customer service rep that the company would not have got the $13 anyway because of the free shipping but to no avail. I then talked to the vice president and he said there was nothing they could do and said I needed to admit I made a mistake and live with it. How professional and understanding...from the vice president. It wasn't like a waited several days...I contacted them that night, right after I noticed a mistake. Be careful with this comapany, as my opinion is that they won't be in business long with this customer service stndard and attitude."

“Sadly this customer cannot accept the fact that we have performed Exactly as he requested. Somehow Mr. Paul Lindenfelser wants us to "read his mind" by making a change to his order *after* it was automatically processed in Real-Time. Sadly Paul also failed to notice his order twice listed US Mail shipping method on the review page presented to him prior to order placement.
Customer still has a 15 day Satisfaction refund policy available, which they have not chosen to use. In addition, the following statement is presented on the Shopping cart page prior to check-out, and in color to add emphasis; Please review your order for SHIPPING METHOD and errors, as NO changes are possible once submitted.

I started this business with my own money back in 1999. I sell for far less money and profit than others sell for, which has made us so very popular that we have become Google's #1 pick for "cellular accessories" for over 7 years. Shipping gets consumed, and is not refundable unless I choose to go out of business. That is not reasonable, and I must refuse to be victimized by Mr. Paul Lindenfelser in order to continue to offer the great deals we offer at www.CellularAccessory.com”

"They were the only store to successfully provide the correct charging and data transfer cable for the Samsung Alias. Other companies claimed to have the right ones but delivered cables which would not charge. The price was excellent as was the delivery. A+++++

"Customer service at CellularAccessory went way beyond what I would normally expect. I ordered a car charger for my LG phone, but when it arrived, the connector didn't fit. Apparently, the info from LG on the web site was wrong. So CellularAccessory spent a lot of time with LG to track down the correct charger, then sent it to me no charge, and didn't even ask me to send the first one back to them. Couldn't ask for better service than that!"

"I had some problems with UPS charges here in Canada. I had paid for shipping and brokerage yet the package seemed to have come collect. I never really found out why. I did note after delivery that on the shipping email it had an extra product code that inferred the shipment might be collect.
All was fixed up after contact with Cellular Accessory.
Thanks for having good products at really good prices and great customer service.
I apologize to Terry for being so late in adding this."

"Would NOT purchase from this company again. Item ordered 7/16 9:58pm. Item cancelled 7/17 6am. They shipped 3 days after order was cancelled - 7/20. Called 7/23 for RMA to return. Received link to purchase additional information instead of RMA. Called again finally received link to apply for RMA on 7/26. Applied for RMA 7/26, did not receive RMA until 8/2. I think they purposely make it difficult so you will give up and not process returns. I also think they delayed responses until my order was outside their 15 day return policy. UPDATE...Received email from terry disputing my account - replied to email with proof of my dispute - email was returned by System Administrator with note "recipient(s) cannot be reached". Emails also being returned unable to contact Dylan Re RMA. No answer at phone number. There response is untrue - Just look at the history of complaints and the details I have provided. "

“On our Shopping cart we notify our customers in RED text:
Please review your order for SHIPPING METHOD and errors, as NO changes are possible once submitted.
We shipped this within one business day, and it delivered promptly. Kathy called into us for the first time on 7/23, one week after she placed the order, attempting to cancel the order, which obviously cannot be done. In that same conversation we offered our Satisfaction Refund policy, which she did not use at that time. On 7/25 we again offered the Satisfaction refund process, and she did make her request to return the package for a refund, which we are very willing to do upon return receipt of the package, which has not yet been received.
We are Yahoo Store TOP rated EXCELLENT by our customers because we do exactly what we promise, and hope to resolve this particular Satisfaction Refund promptly under those terms.
BTW, our Toll Free Telephone number obviously works, as do our Google based emails, as she and others reach us all the time...”
