Somehow Mr. Paul Lindenfelser wants us to "read his mind" by making a change to his order *after* it was automatically processed in Real-Time. Sadly Paul also failed to notice his order twice listed US Mail shipping method on the review page presented to him prior to order placement.
Customer still has a 15 day Satisfaction refund policy available, which they have not chosen to use. In addition, the following statement is presented on the Shopping cart page prior to check-out, and in color to add emphasis; Please review your order for SHIPPING METHOD and errors, as NO changes are possible once submitted.
I started this business with my own money back in 1999. I sell for far less money and profit than others sell for, which has made us so very popular that we have become Google's #1 pick for "cellular accessories" for over 7 years. Shipping gets consumed, and is not refundable unless I choose to go out of business. That is not reasonable, and I must refuse to be victimized by Mr. Paul Lindenfelser in order to continue to offer the great deals we offer at www.CellularAccessory.com”

We shipped this within one business day, and it delivered promptly. Kathy called into us for the first time on 7/23, one week after she placed the order, attempting to cancel the order, which obviously cannot be done. In that same conversation we offered our Satisfaction Refund policy, which she did not use at that time. On 7/25 we again offered the Satisfaction refund process, and she did make her request to return the package for a refund, which we are very willing to do upon return receipt of the package, which has not yet been received.
We are Yahoo Store TOP rated EXCELLENT by our customers because we do exactly what we promise, and hope to resolve this particular Satisfaction Refund promptly under those terms.
BTW, our Toll Free Telephone number obviously works, as do our Google based emails, as she and others reach us all the time...”
