I ordered 2 Bluetooth headsets (Callpod Dragon V2). Neither unit would take a charge, just plain dead. So, I filled out an RMA asking for replacements, and also asking the company to TEST the units prior to shipping them to me. My 2 new units arrived and have been charging over night. Guess what? These are DEAD too! Now this company has charged me for 4 of these units, and I have NOTHING to show for it. Thanks a lot CellularAccessory.com. BUYER BEWARE! I will NEVER do business with CellularAccessory.com again.

The company did infact test the second 2 units before sending. However, they only tested that the CHARGE LIGHT came on, not that the units actually TOOK A CHARGE. Not a hard concept to understand. The charge light did come on on all 4 units, however, none of them took a charge.

We tested the second shipment of Callpod headsets to verify that they indeed accepted a charge. Customer has returned all units for a Satisfaction Refund anyway.
I`m a first time customer, and my purchase was very small.(the shipping cost more than the parts)
however the service could not have been better.Order was shipped within 18 hours, and parts were received well packaged, and within stated time frame.
I will definitely be returning for all of my future parts needs.

I ordered two hands free headsets for my Samsung cellphone. The service was great. My order shipped on time and the prices were oustanding. I don't think I could have gotten these items for a better price anywhere else.
I would order from CellularAccessory.com, Inc. again.
I have ordered from them quite a few times over the past few years and the merchandise is always top quality OEM (when that is what I order) but they also have lower cost products available. Customer service or technical questions are always answered promptly. On most recent order, one of the 6 items I orderd for was backordered. However, it was clearly indicated that it was not in stock when I ordered it, so I knew it would come later. Prices were lower here than elsewhere, and I was not in a rush. Communications from customer service were clear as to when they expected to receive and ship the backordered product. Products were received in 3 separate shipments due to backcorder, but no additional shipping cost. Even though they are an online store, I feel like all my orders have recieved personal attention! Highest recommendation!
When it comes to batteries or data managing, for mobile phones, I no longer bother with Google or Froogle searches, I go straight to CellularAccessory . They always seem to have what I want, in stock and at a competitive price. In those rare circumstances where they don’t have the lowest price, I assure you, their service and support more than compensates for the pennies you might be saving. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases from CellularAccessory.

I purchased a protective case for my iPhone 32gb phone. The case is a two piece snap on plastic design. The case works very well for this application.
The only improvement I would suggest is to make the earphone jack hole larger. When you want to plug the iPhone into a sound system using a small earphone jack to RCA adapter, some of those jacks have a outer diameter that is larger than the current hole. I have to remove the case to use that cable.
On August 20, 09 I ordered an AC wireless adapter & a car adapter after contacting the cell-phone maker. Because of the age of my cell "2or3 years w/camera/internet/text capability" the company was very limited as to what was still available for it. What they did have cost a small fortune I suppose in hopes to get me to purchase a new cell. Because I liked my "OLD” cell & didn't want to replace it yet, I Googled cell-phone adapters getting several hits. Before clicking on CellularAccessory.com, I searched several sites finding about the same high prices to replace my car adapter. Clicking on CellularAccessory expecting to find the same, I was shocked to find their prices so low. They had several car adapters to fit my cell at closeout prices. Because of their prices, I believed their prices were low so to rack up $ on the shipping & handling as some do. Again I was wrong so before I checked out, I continued shopping & added an AC adapter to my cart as well which needed to be replaced, but decided to get by with what I had until seeing the closeout price. After the purchase price plus shipping & handling, my total cost was under $25 - less than the price others were asking for the car adapter alone. At checkout, shipping was the same as most other online merchants giving the choice of next day, 2 days, or ground which I selected & received my adapters in 4 days. That was from the Pacific to the Atlantic “CA to GA.” Very pleased with my order & will be a return customer of CellularAccessory,inc.com should I need products for my cell in the future. R.M. Product description of swivel holster for cellphone was wrong, but obviously provided by manufaturer, not this vendor. (All other vendors used exact same description). Product did not match description and I couldn't use it. I applied for return authorization. What I got was a classic example of the greatest attitude for keeping customer satisfied: Cellular Accessory apologized; told me to just keep the product and credited my card for full refund anyway. No hassle, no packing, no shipping, no postage, etc.
Word of mouth is the best advertising. This vendor goes above and beyond.
Very smooth and easy transaction, communication from seller was nice with email updates throughout. Ordered a Pantech cell phone charger on a Saturday evening (8/8) received it(8/13)in B'ham Al. ! Very prompt delivery and a great price.
Cellular Accessory.com is inexpensive, very fast and has good follow-up. Have not had any problems since my first order from a few months ago. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for accessories to a very wide range of cellular products.
Bought two LG batteries and an LG phone holster, with USPS shipping. It was shipped using UPS Mail Innovations (never heard of that before).
Prices for everything were quite reasonable (searched online to find best price, with shipping).
Items were as described (OEM LG 1100 mah for the batteries), and shipped promptly. I have been using the batteries for over a week now, with no problems.
