Anyways, onto my reason for reviewing. i just wanted to inform the buying public of the great experience i have had with cellswholesale as they not only shipped my item promptly and securely, but they even helped me with choosing a phone. i wanted a neat slider phone that had functionality, and with a couple emails back and forth i ended up purchasing a nokia e65 and couldnt be happier. im browsing over wifi with my small slider and even making voip calls free of charge. i really owe it to these guys. cheers"

I had a wonderful employee for cellswholesale.com named Hayley help me with the phone i was looking for. Hayley was absolutely amazing and awesome!!! She gave me service like i was a vip customer and i really appreciated that.
Hayley then kept in contact with me until she made sure i had gotten the phone and still after that she had also made sure i had great customer service.
I recommend buying from this company and if your lucky hopefully you will get Hayley as your savior. I will definitely refer my friends to buy from this site as well as myself to come back to this store for future cell phones.

"I have a pretty intense story, no exaggerations, no joke. I am writing this review as a personal favor to the owner of cellswholesale.com, as he did me a huge favor, and the only thing he asked for in return was for me to write a review about my experience.
My wife is in Nigeria for business, and her phone broke. She specifically needed a phone that was HSDPA compatible, and had a large memory for storing files. She needed a replacement fast, and so the Sony W960i was a prime candidate due to the 8 GB memory and the HSDPA/3G compatibility. Before going to cellswholesale, I placed an order at another company (which I will not name in this review). I called them over and over to make sure the phone would be shipped, and 24 hours passed by, with no answer, no shipment notification, nothing.
Tired and fed up, I searched on google and came across cellswholesale.com This time, before I placed my order, I called the number on the website to confirm that the phone could be shipped same day. Unfortunately, I was told that it was past the FEDEX Pick-Up. Normally, I would be fine with the phone shipping the next day, but it was a Thursday, and if it were shipped on Friday, the earliest it would get to me would be Friday, which would mean Monday delivery. I would then need to reship the item to Nigeria, for delivery on Wednesday. If the phone arrived on Friday, however, I would be able to reship it the same day, and UPS International Priority would get to Nigeria by Monday. I explained this to the customer service rep, and he was unable to help me, but offered to transfer me to the manager. The owner of the company, Justin, was filling in for the manager that day as he was sick. I explained the situation to Justin and he figured out that the FEDEX at LAX has a drop-off time of 7:30 PM, or in 2 hours. He then offers to send one of their delivery guys to LAX to drop the package off for me, if I paid for 20 dollars handling fee, plus for Overnight shipping. I agree, and he charges my credit card.
Around 7 O’clock, Justin personally calls me back to inform me that the item has been accepted by FEDEX, and that the scheduled deliver is next day, before 10: 30 AM. The next morning, at 11 AM, he gives me a call to ensure that I am happy with the phone, and that all is good.
This is honestly the best service that I have ever experiences. The trouble that the company went through just to get me my phone was almost absurd. "

I ordered the phones on the 2nd, and paid (or didnt pay) for free shipping, and as the fedex tracking number: 662817810000809 shows, it was shipped out same day, and I got the phones just two days later. I have bought items from plemix and myworldphone before, but cellswholesale blows them out of the water. Not only did I get the items shipped to me for free, in a timely manner, but the items were brand new as described, and THE ABSOLUTE CHEAPEST price on the internet. I promise you once you buy from cellswholesale, you will never want to go anywhere else. "

"After buying a cell phone from Cellswholesale, I can tell you that it is the finest place for shopping for cell phones. Their selection is endless and products have great prices! For example, I wanted to check out their Nokia E71 but then I found myself surrounded with other favorable Nokia phones. I had such a hard time deciding which phone to get! Cellswholesale carries such a large selection, I wonder where they keep all their phones! In the end, I decided on the E71, but I liked the fact that I had so many other options. They have this cool tool called, "related products" that lets me jump between related phones.
Overall, good store. Did not have to call customer service since everything about the xaction went perfectly!"
"I bought my first phone from Cellswholesale in February.
I remember that I was in a hurry to get the phone because my other phone had been stolen and I was about to leave on a long international trip. I am a gadget freak and there is no way I would survive several weeks without a PDA phone - I needed an SE M600i ASAP.
I checked the internet and these guys were the only ones that seemed to have them in stock and the price was the lowest on the internet.
Service was fast and friendly - the phone arrived from California to Boston in less than 48 hours!
However, there was a problem - the phone arrived with a cracked screen. For me, the true measure of a good seller is how they handle things when there is a problem.
In this case, Justin did the right thing and quickly agreed to ship out a new phone to a coworker I would meet later on the trip and I sent the cracked screen phone back.
In May, I purchased a 2nd phone from cellswholesale for my wife and the transaction was a breeze.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the phones arrive in bubble pack envelopes, so the phone box may have a few dings. Not an issue for me, but some people are picky about that. I wish there was an extra shipping option to spend an extra few $ and get the phone sent in a cardboard box with a little packing material.
Overall, I rate these as a top vendor. I am recommending them to all of my coworkers and friends.
I am impressed that in addition to low pricing, they have a good selection of the latest, hottest phones together with good service and integrity.

On april 14th, I receive the phone- brand new condition, as advertised. Thanks to cellswholesale, I am now able to enojoy an unlocked phone that nobody else has!"
"I did place my order on this date and about two or so weeks later I got the wrong part. I did leave a massege on the voice mail of Jon Marino. He send me an e mail about a week later telling me that the part was reorder. Today is 7/16/2009 and there is no part and no hope of getting my money back. I did order this part for my sister in law visiting from Russia. She allready left after her two month squeduled vacation time was over. I have no use for this part now but I still want the part or my money back. This is a SCAM!"
