"Overall the expectations that I expected was great! I ordered from other places all the time and they are the only one that had good packaging and they're phone was brand new and sealed. My recommendation to people is that if you use this company just make sure you are willing to wait a couple of days for your phone to arrive because they do offer free shipping that does take long.Wait was a while but everything was good. No damages on packaging and well packed because by the time I get my package from other companies it is usually bad. Customer Service is friendly and will be helpful to u. I recommend this company to everyone."
"This place is a disaster. I used them based on a cursory look at the ratings on Google Shopping, but unfortunately, those ratings were based on self-written reviews which were eventually taken down. The fact of the matter is that they are a scam, just look them up at the Better Business Bureau (D+, and that's only because the store is "contactable"). Here' s the way it went down: Ordered phone on Tuesday, credit card charged immediately. Called on Friday to get a tracking number (none was sent), was told that the package was just now leaving the store, but there was still time to change the order to a "better" phone. I said no, just send the one I ordered and give me tracking number. The nice Indian lady said she would send it right away. Called all day long on following Tuesday, no answers or replies to my email asking for tracking. Got through this afternoon, the same lady tells me she has to "call" the shipping department and she'll have them send me the tracking number immediately. I told her I had already requested this via email, and she apologized and said it would be taken care of immediately. Get home, no email. I call and, as usual, get no answer. Log onto my credit card site to report fishy business and see that they have, as of an hour ago, reversed the charges on my card. Nice of them, I have to admit. So approximately a week after lying to my face claiming that they have sent the item, they covertly admit that they never had the phone in the first place. Do yourself a favor: spend a few extra bucks and buy from a reputable dealer!"

"After reading some of the reviews on here, it became obvious that the positive reviews are fake. I should have known.They sent me an incorrect, inferior broken product. They refuse to accept return. They refuse to response to my inquiries. Worst company ever, don't bother doing business with them.I ended up wasted a lot of time and money. It pisses me off so bad just thinking about it."

These people lied to me and ultimately stole my money. Better Business Bureau case is pending.They hardly speak English, they don't answer the phone, they lie and they steal.It truly boggles my mind that they are even in business. And by the way: the phones they sell are not authorized for sale in the USA and are NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY whatsoever. Make sure you review that little tidbit on their terms page. "

"I ordered a phone at the beginning of January, received it in February. They sent the wrong color. They told me to wait for their form before sending phone back and to send the form along with it. I called for confirmation from UPS and got the tracking number; Cells4u never said a word about receiving the phone, I had to contact them to find out if they received it. I had to call and send emails...no one would answer either. Once I threatened to get a lawyer, they responded with asking if I wanted a new phone or refund...I told them refund. They sent me 2/3 emails saying "refund processed"...it was not processed. They told me they tried and my credit card company wasn't allowing it. I called the credit card company, they said they never heard from them and they made no attempt to refund any money. I have now issued a dispute with the credit card company waiting to get the money back...it's been 6 months and counting. Better Business Bureau closed my complaint after one week when Cells4u told them that I asked for a refund on my card...that's it. BBB did not ask if I got the refund, no proof was needed on their part nor mine to show a refund actually occurred, they simply closed the complaint; BBB did nothing. If my credit card company doesn't do their job, I am suing. Anyone up for a Class Action law suit?; two of my lawyers told me to HIGHLY consider it. I'm down for it."
"I ordered Samsung galaxy mini today(17-July). Even though, I provided different shipping address, it took my billing address as my Shipping address. So, I called helpline(973-257-3541) provided in the website more than 20 times. Nobody picks-up. Sometime it goes to VOICE. Sometime call gets disconnected. I I am really frustrated with this order. Not sure when I can get to talk to somebody from Cells4U. Will not recommend to anyone."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE. They sent me a defective phone (which I found out from Sony is not even supposed to be sold in the US) I sent it back to them, and it took them *SIX MONTHS* to send it back to me. Still broken. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails. Nothing.Currently working with my bank to get a charge back.I honestly think that any positive review about this company was made BY this company.Stay away from these guys."
