I made calls, left voice messages, and sent emails. Finally, they answered the phone and said that they would send it overnight delivery. It arrived a week later but it was the wrong phone. I sent it back to them. No refund followed. More calls, voice messages, and emails. They did issue a refund only after I reported the problem to my credit card company. Yes their prices are low but they are useless. To sum up, Cells4u are highly inefficient, incompetent, irresponsible lairs.
