"I needed a cell phone for a short business trip to the UK. Found Cello Mobile on the Internet and decided to give them a try. Was a bit nervous at first with their shopping cart set up - had to give a credit card before getting a summary of charges. Went ahead and placed an order and all was ok. Cello shipped the phone promptly so I had it well in advance of my departure. The phone worked flawlessly and the return process was very simple.
