"I saw bad reviews and thought I had made a mistake buying a Motorola H730 headpiece from CellPhoneShop. No Way! It was a high-quality OEM Motorola, very inexpensive, and perfect in every way, and it works great! It did come from Hong Kong, but so what-All kinds of electronic stuff I have came from China. It got to me in California in 5 days! I'll buy another one for my grandson!"

"Here is what I just posted on their Facebook and of COURSE they do not actively monitor this site--too many damn complaints, just read their FB page, and here's my post and review:

Don't ever buy from these people!! This was my second time purchasing from them, this time was a car charger for my iPad---both times the orders shipped from HONG KONG, (VERY unAmerican) AND both times the items were cheap plastic like a kids toy and didn't work---needless to say I had to pay the shipping to RETURN THEIR BROKEN PIECE OF CRAP and they will NOT refund for sending me THEIR BROKEN PIECE OF CRAP!!! Lesson learned, ya get what ya pay for and they make their money off shipping--am deleting them off my bookmark list and all of you should too!"

"DON'T BUY from these people. The battery took 3 weeks to arrive and then would not take a charger. Return shipping and original shipping is twice what the battery cost. They do not refund shipping. They refuse to give a physical address for their company. Everything is shipped from China. This company is a rip off!!!"

"I ordered a battery which their website claims to be good for Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The email confirmation also has Samsung Galaxy Nexus on it. However, the battery I received had different dimensions from my original one. The refuse to refund me and said it was my fault to order the wrong battery."

"Very inexpensive stuff that probably works okay. Like other reviewers, my order shipped from Hong Kong and took a while to arrive. It was as described, except for the phone carrying case (item CAS-LG840GSWI). The description said it's, "compatible with," my phone, but the fit was too tight. Technically, the phone did actually go in the case, though.

Also like other reviewers, it wasn't worth the effort to return for under $5. The other items were fine. I left a negative review for the case that they never posted, so for that, they didn't get any positive reviews for the stuff that was okay either. Also, for that, they lost a star and went from three to two. I don't think I'll order from them again."

"Kindle Fire cover/case came reeking of horrid chemical smell that makes it unusable. Did not see anything on website to indicate items coming directly from China. No one here would get away with selling something that is so toxic. I do not trust this company."

"I ordered two mobile phones, obviously both designed to look like other popular blackberry models, but as they were for two friends who were travelling to Africa to volunteer for 3 months, I only need them to work for a short amount of time.

After placing the order, I exchanged 3 emails with the company, and they were all responded to within 4 hours. Better than any major store selling online in the UK that I'm aware of.

Before I placed my order I had read on the website that all of their products were shipped from Hong Kong and indeed they were. The online order status function needed me to put my postcode in all capital letters, but once I worked that out, I was able to track the order whenever I wanted. My only complaint was the lack of a tracking number and external courier website to check, but that doesn't effect the quality of the end product.

The two mobile phones arrived, and were in perfect condition. The touch screen mobile phone even came with a stylus, which was a nice surprise as I hadn't noticed that when I ordered them. Powered both phones on, tested them both with two SIM cards and a 64GB memory card, to confirm the upper limit of SD storage capacity, again, it worked as expected.

Overall I am very happy with the responses I have received, and was especially impressed with the time taken to respond.

I would like to add, I researched this company before purchasing, and decided to take a chance, it sounds like the people who are complaining, are doing so because they have not read the product descriptions correctly. None of the. Items state that they are manufactured by anyone other than cellphoneshop.net

I will no doubt order again, and if I do experience any problems with this or any future orders, I will update or post another review."

"Wow...fool us all once. This is the biggest farce/rip off. I don't know if I can put anything new from what I am now reading. The website is a fraud -- they put these great reviews ON THEIR WEBSITE to get you to think people get anything but crap from here.... It's from China and even the Chinese won't use this crap. Two things...not as described (I could use a toothpick and have a more functional stylus) and it is obvious they do not care. "

"Here's how it went, all down hill.
Okay, let's get this straight:
You advertise that you sell a charger for a NOOK TABLET.
You send me the wrong one at a cost of $2.99 plus $4.99 shipping.
I inform you that the charger is not the correct one, you ship the exact same one (two failures).
And now you want me to ship the incorrect charger back to you at my expense.
So to get $2.99 back, I am going to be out at least ($4.99 shipping you charged me already, plus $.86 to mail it to La Jolla) $5.85.
So, in the end I will not have a charger and be out of pocket $2.86,
What a sweet deal that is.
I will not be sending the 2 wrong chargers back.
I will not recommend your business to anyone.
I will rate you very unacceptable on any rating website I can find.
In my opinion in this case you have practiced false advertising and don't have a clue what a NOOK TABLET charger looks like"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a lightening adaptor for my new iphone. It did not fit the phone. I emailed the company twice, and did not receive a response. I finally phoned them. The guy who answered the phone was quite rude, but said that I did not need to return the faulty item and that I would receive an email to say that I could get my money back. Now they are saying that I need to return the item and will only get my money for the item back, not the original postage or the return money.

It will end up costing me more and there is no guarantee that I will get anything back."

"I normally don't write reviews, especially when everything goes smoothly but given the volume of bad reviews this retailer has had, i'd thought i chip in.

I ordered a Jawbone Era headset for £30.99 which is a massive saving on the RRP; after i placed the order i found a variant of the model for £27.89. I contacted customer services by phone who said they'd change the order and ship the replacement and it'd take 7-10 days.

The item arrived this morning (8 days later). It's and original item (not a fake Chinese copy) with all the accessories included apart from the protective case but it was advertised as 'white box' so can't complain.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase!!!"

"Like the other reviewers, I would not recommend that anyone purchase items from cellphoneshop.net. I recently purchased a 5th generation ipod touch, which has a lightening charger instead of the regular 30-pin. I waned an ipod player/docking station, but none have been made directly compatible for 5th gen ipods/iphones, so you have to purchase a lightning to 30-pin adapter. The adapters are regularly priced $20-$30 in stores. So I was excited to find them for the extra super cheap on cellphoneshop.net. I bought two adapters and received them fairly quickly. I went out and purchased a docking station from Bed, Bath & Beyond, only to find that neither adapter worked. My ipod would charge when connected to the docking station (via the adapter), but no music would play through the docking station. I exchanged the docking station for another (exact same kind) and had the same problem. Then I went to Best Buy and purchased an iHome docking station...same problem. I stopped living in denial and decided that there was probably an issue with the adapters I purchased from cellphoneshop, so I broke down and bought the $30 adapter from best buy and...guess what..it worked! I was so angry! The packaging for the adapter I bought from Best Buy was completely different from the packaging for the adapters I purchased from cellphoneshop. Also, the adapter from best buy included an apple certificate of authenticity. I knew I had been had.

I just found out about the 14-day return policy for cellphoneshop. Nevertheless, I emailed them regarding a refund since they sold me not just one, but two defective products, which violates implied contractual warranties. We will see what happens. Worse comes to worse, I spent less $10 on the two adapters and a total of $12 when you add shipping, so I will not be broken by the loss...but still, it's the principle. All the old adages are ringing through my mind right now: "you get what you pay for..." "if it looks too good to be true...," "all that glitters...".

Once again, DO NOT BUY from cellphoneshop.net"
