"I placed an order for a Motorola V3 Razor black quad band unlocked phone on 04/18/2012. The item showed "in stock" when I placed the order. After 5 days, the order status changed to "waiting for item". I called the customer service and the lady said: "This item was on sale. They come and go". Well, Cell Hut, here's an idea. Don't say an item is "In Stock" when in reality you are probably oversold. Go shut down your shitty shop if you cannot even maintain your lousy inventory. This was my second purchase on CellHut.com. It's my last too, forever. I went and bought a similar model on Amazon and they're shipping overnight. "

"Cellhut: one good purchase, one ugly fraud. GOOD: Ordered an unlocked HTC Hero (says innovation on the side, but looks like what I ordered) April 2010. Auto purchase confirmation email worked, got a good in the box phone in a few weeks. I'm still using it. UGLY: Dec 2010, Ordered an unlocked Blackberry Curve 9300. Same good auto confirmation, phone arrived without much delay. What I got was a T-mobile branded phone which was functionally unlocked but still had T-mobile splash screen and embedded T-mobile functions that caused errors and extra charges on my AT&T SIM. Hours of unanswered customer service call attempts and several unanswered emails later, I managed on my own to find a fix for the errors by disabling some features, so I gave up the fight. A year later the phone seems to have locked and no dealer will touch it. I have personally seen no evidence of any customer service. You could be lucky and get what you want, but you could get ripped off with no recourse. The latter cancels out the former. Shop elsewhere."

"Six days ago I placed an order on-line with Cellhut and received an immediate e-mail confirmation that my order had been received. As of two days ago, my order status remained unchanged. I e-mailed the customer service address but after a day received no reply, so I tried calling the customer service number during the hours specified. I waited for 1h26m but no one picked from customer service picked up. Finally, today, after two days of calling, a customer service rep finally answered and claimed the phone I ordered was not in stock. I promptly canceled my order and notified my bank to be on the look-out for possible fraudulent charges. I was very disappointed with this company's actions (or lack thereof) and how difficult it was to contact them to find out what was going on."

Try to avoid buying cellphones from Cellhut. It sells used cellphone with new plastic wrapping over the phone. I called customer service but waited more than 30 mimutes and no one answers the phone so I drop the call."

"I have never had a worse experience with an on-line retailer. My order seemed to go through okay, but after 5 days of it being "In Process" when it was supposed to take only 2 days, I started trying to contact CellHut to see what the problem was. I emailed and got no response. I tried calling the customer service number on their website (not a toll-free number) 4 times over 2 days. After 30 minutes of hearing someone would be with me "shortly", I hung up. The fifth time I called I finally got a person who informed me that the phone was not actually in stock and that I had been sent an email to that effect. No such email was ever sent (I even checked my spam folder). At that point, I knew I wasn't going to get the phone in time and had no confidence that I would ever get a person on the phone again so I cancelled the order. I will give them credit that they did quickly send me an email verifying the cancellation. I then turned to N1 Wireless and that was a great experience. As promised by the pleasant customer service rep, I received the phone 2 days later."
