"I have used many e-commerce websites in order to buy different goods. Recently I have purchased my new smartphone from cellhut.com and feel that it one of the most cheapest place to buy similar products. Also services are very good and I got my smartphone without any hurdle at the specified time.

"I placed an order for a Motorola V3 Razor black quad band unlocked phone on 04/18/2012. The item showed "in stock" when I placed the order. After 5 days, the order status changed to "waiting for item". I called the customer service and the lady said: "This item was on sale. They come and go". Well, Cell Hut, here's an idea. Don't say an item is "In Stock" when in reality you are probably oversold. Go shut down your shitty shop if you cannot even maintain your lousy inventory. This was my second purchase on CellHut.com. It's my last too, forever. I went and bought a similar model on Amazon and they're shipping overnight. "

"Cellhut: one good purchase, one ugly fraud. GOOD: Ordered an unlocked HTC Hero (says innovation on the side, but looks like what I ordered) April 2010. Auto purchase confirmation email worked, got a good in the box phone in a few weeks. I'm still using it. UGLY: Dec 2010, Ordered an unlocked Blackberry Curve 9300. Same good auto confirmation, phone arrived without much delay. What I got was a T-mobile branded phone which was functionally unlocked but still had T-mobile splash screen and embedded T-mobile functions that caused errors and extra charges on my AT&T SIM. Hours of unanswered customer service call attempts and several unanswered emails later, I managed on my own to find a fix for the errors by disabling some features, so I gave up the fight. A year later the phone seems to have locked and no dealer will touch it. I have personally seen no evidence of any customer service. You could be lucky and get what you want, but you could get ripped off with no recourse. The latter cancels out the former. Shop elsewhere."

"Six days ago I placed an order on-line with Cellhut and received an immediate e-mail confirmation that my order had been received. As of two days ago, my order status remained unchanged. I e-mailed the customer service address but after a day received no reply, so I tried calling the customer service number during the hours specified. I waited for 1h26m but no one picked from customer service picked up. Finally, today, after two days of calling, a customer service rep finally answered and claimed the phone I ordered was not in stock. I promptly canceled my order and notified my bank to be on the look-out for possible fraudulent charges. I was very disappointed with this company's actions (or lack thereof) and how difficult it was to contact them to find out what was going on."

"I placed an order with them, they send me an email confirming my order, and charge my credit card. I waited two weeks for the phone, it never came, and today, they send me an email saying that my order has been cancelled. Maybe it's better off this way, sounds like their phones are shitty anyway."

"This is the worst merchant i have seen in my life.First of all,they did not have phone that i ordered and after week they sent me an email that they did not have any in stock.I waited until 2 days to get my credit back but than finally i called them and employee was so mean to me.He told me to contact with my credit card company while it was their responsibility to return my credit.He even told me not to hesitate to make this court matter.Finally,i had my credit card company manger talk to him about this issue.Please don't buy anything from this seller.,."

"I bought a Motorlla RAZR V3XXX and expected a new cellphone. However, when I received it, a used cell phone with very old battery and old address -book names on it from previous owner. Try to avoid buying cellphones from Cellhut. It sells used cellphone with new plastic wrapping over the phone.
I called customer service but waited more than 30 mimutes and no one answers the phone so I drop the call."
