"A terrible company! They misrepresent what they are selling. I received a cell phone that I could not use in the USA. Customer Service was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to return it, was told I would be charged as 15% restocking fee. Don't use this company, you'll be sorry!"
"I placed an order for a Motorola V3 Razor black quad band unlocked phone on 04/18/2012. The item showed "in stock" when I placed the order. After 5 days, the order status changed to "waiting for item". I called the customer service and the lady said: "This item was on sale. They come and go". Well, Cell Hut, here's an idea. Don't say an item is "In Stock" when in reality you are probably oversold. Go shut down your shitty shop if you cannot even maintain your lousy inventory. This was my second purchase on CellHut.com. It's my last too, forever. I went and bought a similar model on Amazon and they're shipping overnight. "

"Cellhut: one good purchase, one ugly fraud. GOOD: Ordered an unlocked HTC Hero (says innovation on the side, but looks like what I ordered) April 2010. Auto purchase confirmation email worked, got a good in the box phone in a few weeks. I'm still using it. UGLY: Dec 2010, Ordered an unlocked Blackberry Curve 9300. Same good auto confirmation, phone arrived without much delay. What I got was a T-mobile branded phone which was functionally unlocked but still had T-mobile splash screen and embedded T-mobile functions that caused errors and extra charges on my AT&T SIM. Hours of unanswered customer service call attempts and several unanswered emails later, I managed on my own to find a fix for the errors by disabling some features, so I gave up the fight. A year later the phone seems to have locked and no dealer will touch it. I have personally seen no evidence of any customer service. You could be lucky and get what you want, but you could get ripped off with no recourse. The latter cancels out the former. Shop elsewhere."
"NEVER buy from this provider. They have FRAUDULENT information. The web site advertised my phone as having a speaker phone. When I returned the phone for a refund they changed the web site to show it as having a speaker phone. I am now in dispute with Mastercard over this charge. Similarly, their web site showed the replacement phone was AT&T compatible. It will not get anything from the web and will not do some of the functions it should. They also did not send a booklet with the phone. "
"I purchased a phone on 18th of last month,I am literally very pleased to let everyone know about cellhut.com for their quick and accurate service. They take care of the customer needs and wants with their excellent customer service which gave me greatest satisfaction."
"This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. I ordered a cellphone online at 10 pm in the evening, called them to cancel the order at 12:30 Noon the very next day. I was told the order will not be shipped and I'll not be charged for anything. They still shipped the order, and when I returned the shipment without taking the delivery, they didn't process my refund for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks when I got my refund they have charged me 20% restocking fee and now if I call them to discuss about it they don't pickup the phone. Please be careful with this store they have a very bad customer service and are very reluctant to change or cancel the order."
"CELLHUT ripped me off. Don't let them rip you off!
I bought a cell phone which turned out to be defective. I returned the phone for a refund. I followed CELLHUT'S return policy to the letter. CELLHUT has refused to give a refund. Now they have their defective product and almost $300 of my dollars-and I'm out. Why, because CELLHUT does not follow its own return policy, and they make up new rules to suit them. Example-no where in CELLHUT'S return policy does it say CELLHUT gets to decide if a product is defective-but I was told they do. And guess how they decide! They win and you lose. Their return policy states refunds will be processed in 5 days, well for me that was 4 months ago and still counting!! So far, CELLHUT has ignored me, my bank, and lied to the New York State Consumer Protection Board regarding my refund. And yes-CELLHUT sent me a cell phone manufactured for Europe! That problem is a common thread with this company. Oh, yes, if you send CELLHUTa letter, they claim not to get it. They only get certified mail at this company.
If you are in the market for a Cellular product, look somewhere else. CELLHUT does not deserve your business. I'm sure some transactions through CELLHUT that go off without a hitch. But what happens if there is a problem? Based on the number of complaints, problems happen frequently with CELLHUT. Well, if you are an unlucky one, like I was, you too will be out of a lot of money.
Lets show CELLHUT that they can't rip off their customers and stay in business. DO NOT SHOP AT CELLHUT! "
"Phone worked for two weeks. Cellhut states after 2 weeks, manufacturer is responsible for all warranty work. After sending phone to Motorola, we learn that it is not a US market phone. Would not buy from them again, since they do not disclose this. You are left with a phone with no warranty coverage. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THIS IS A EUROPEAN PHONE WITH NO US WARRANTY!"

"If it seems like too good a deal to be true... it is.
Ordered 2 K750i's and stayed on processing for almost a week. Emailed them and they never responded. Called and they hung up on me. Ready now for a battle on my cancelled order. Stay away. Stay very far away."
"Some of the deals on cellhut.com are great, others are mediocre. I bought a close out cell phone and a bluetooth at an excellent. Both were in perfect condition, and truly brand new.
Customer service answered my call in about 10 minutes, and responded promptly to my email. (I called after 3 days passed with my order still in "process"). They sent my order that day as promised, and altogether, the shipping time was not too bad since I received my items within 5 days of ordering and used the free ground delivery.
I recommend this co. and there's a strong possibility I'll buy accessories from them if their prices on these are competitive.
If they are offering a phone or accessory at a good price, I recommend them. It is also a good site to shop from because of their extremely broad selection."

Did you notice they try to cover their behind by posting the message that they contacted me. They did contact me, but they wait until the 14 days later to contact me, so they don't have to refund me under their agreement or clause they posted on the website. Their trick to get away with refund so they able to charge you restocking feed.. Notice the date they return my e-mail with confirmation number. Then they still give me the 1-877-235-8255 number makes me waits forever with no answer just automation.

"My experience with CellHut.com has been totally dissatisfactory. What looked like a great price proved to be a disappointment & expensive waste of time? I gave my Girlfriend a Motorola H700 Bluetooth headset as a Christmas present to replace hers that got smashed. Shipping was slow. What arrived was a black H700 with a European power supply that had a cheesy white US converter it had to be plugged into. The grounding pin of the US converter broke off in the wall switch the 1st time it was plugged into an outlet. So I charged it up using her original charger. That charged fine to a fully charged green light indicator. The H700 then needed to be paired to her Moto Razr V3 . It would not enter the pairing mode no matter what. I spent 35 minutes on the phone with Motorola only to have them tell me it was defective and to return it to the dealer I purchased it from. The CellHut.com paperwork has very specific procedures that must be followed for returns. They give a choice of a phone number or email to get a mandatory RMA before a return can be made and accepted. I called daily for eight days. I waited on hold to connect with them from 30 to 45 min each time before hanging up. I e-mailed customer service six times requesting an RMA. None of my emails was ever acknowledged. I finally reached a service person and they gave me a return authorization number. I retuned the product the next day via UPS. They signed for receipt of the package 2days later. As of today I have not received a credit. In reading their policy they say that defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. What type of scaming company is this. Buyer Beware!! Unless you have time and money to waste do not do business with this company. I would not even give Cellhut.com a 1 star rating. "

"The fraud is rampant with this store, I ordered a Motorola H700, found it cheaper on Tigerdirect, called & after over an hour finally got to a guy named Usma who cancelled the order. In a couple of days they charged my card. Called again, said they would provide a refund, still no refund. My only recourse now is with the Credit card company. They are foreigners and rip-off artists. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THEM, let them go out of business."
