"I just received my bridesmaid dress, I love the dress itself but the color is wrong! I ordered it in pink, and the picture on the website looks like a pale pink. The dress they sent is a peach or salmon color. It is totally not pink. I emailed them and they will not give me a refund. Do not buy from this website! The colors are deceiving! $70 down the drain, and I paid $20 more for the express shipping."

"Today we received my 7 bridesmaid dresses, but I was very disappointed in not only the color, but the make of the dresses. Not only does the dress look like a light silver (vs. the pewter dresses online), but the dresses do not even lay right on top and the fake bra is too high on all the dresses. It honestly makes me want to cry...I thought this website would offer more quality dresses than this since they offered so many different styles etc. Not sure what I am going to do now, but am very disappointed. :("

"We received a dress and it was SO short that my daughters bottom hangs out of the back. I wrote to the company for a refund and they will not honor it even thought they state in their policy refund that a defective dress will be refunded. I WILL NEVER order from here EVER again and I will gladly spread the news about how awful my experience has been. They should altogether be forced off the internet for any further misleading business! Bad Bad business."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a dress and it was NOT as elegant as the picture showed. The beads looked like a two year old sewed them. They showed yellow/gold and were brown and purple. When trying to contact them they are not helpful and respond with the same email each time. Spend your money elsewhere. "

Maybe the beading style isn't your expect, but the dress is as same as our finish product picture that had showed at facebook fan page.
That is not quality issue.
We are not accept any return/exchange for the reason is Personal Preferences.

"DO NOT buy a dress from this place. 4 of us bought dresses from here for a bridal party & when we recieved them they looked like a home economics progect gone bad. Very poor craftsmanship, poor quality & thread wasn't even the color of the dress. Forget about trying to return it they will not give a full refund & do not cover shipping for a refund."
