The last communication on this order was to let me know that this would be forthcoming. The items where delivered quickly but unannounced and my employees had to deal with the delivery during business hours by themselves. I was unable to inspect the items for damage. I had asked for photos of the damage to the air handler so that I could distinguish between shipping damage and the dents that were the cause of the discount. I never received the photos... At this point, the item is still crated so I can't comment on the value or quality of the purchase... My previous purchase had incorrect items as well as damaged items and Ingram's made it right altough it prolonged the job during summer months. That installation is great and I am saving huge money on my electric bill each month. I expect the same result from this purchase.
