"Ordered two T-shirts on July 3 and needed them on July 13. It should have been plenty of time. I rec'd an email on July 5 saying items had shipped. FedEx tracking indicates they rec'd on July 8 early pm (not July 5) and it sat until July 9 beforet being shipped out of MA, and I'm in CA. On July 11, it's in Ohio. It's not going to arrive in time. I don't know about quality of the shirts yet, but the shipping delay is what I'm dissatisfied with.Shirt ordered same day (July 3) from Zazzle arrived on July 9. Will use Zazzle instead of Catalog Favorites in the future."
"Will never order thru them again. Ordered a gift and was told it would ship that day - got a confirmation a week latter saying it had JUST shipped - gift was late - sent 4 emails about how the tracking service NEVER worked - never, I think it is fake - click the tracking button and it is programmed to say 'your request cannot be process right now' - they have never answered any of my emails - read dozens of complains about how rude their customer service is, so I didn't bother to call - won't bother to order anything again either."
"NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! The never sent the item that was ordered. I called three times to track the item and did not receive the same answer. I heard...it takes 10 days...it takes 2 weeks...it takes 2-3 weeks, but ten business days from when it was sent. They have no clue where it was shipped from, no clue where the items where and did not have an answer for me. I never write reviews, but this so called business is terrible!"
"I can't believe the trouble this company has given me. My ring showed up but immediately fell apart. I sent it back and they've managed to lose my money for my ring, refuse to send me a new ring, and have been treating me like a thief, like I'M trying to screw THEM. I sent my ring back in like august/September and it's been this long. Not only that I get like 3 or 4 catalogs a month and a million emails. And they REFUSE to take me off. DON'T SHOP HERE, THEY'LL ONLY SCREW YOU."
"NO STARS, actually (that REALLY should be an option). I ordered a ring on 12/3 that said it had been restocked on 12/1, or course it was supposed to be a christmas gift. Then somehow, it wasn't in stock, it was backordered, which I discovered only because I took it upon myself to check the status of my order...I rec'd NO COMMUNICATION for this poor-excuse for a company about the backorder status. Of course, I called to see what was going on and the lady helping me on the phone was RUDE and NOT HELPFUL, to be exceedingly polite about her lack of customer service skills. After several more attempts to figure out when this would be in stock (the status kept going back and forth each time I called), I finally cancelled my order on or about 12/17 over the phone. Suddenly, on 12/27, the ring shows up in my mailbox. Interestingly, when I check the order status it still says CUSTOMER CANCELLED!?!?! I immediately called the company (yet again) and their customer service department was "closed due to inclement weather". I need to call tomorrow morning...uh huh, right, no voice mail. Oh yeah, the ring is a piece of junk as well...but at this point I wouldn't expect anything else. To date, other than the original "thank you for your order" email, I have never received a single piece of communication other than when I picked up the phone to call them. My advice...NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY. They are disorganized, uncaring and lack communication skills with their customer base and, so it seems from this ring, the over-priced items are CR*P! Purchase from this company AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!"
" NO STARS! I recieved my order broken. I made several calles before I could even get through. Then I got through and put on hold and disconcted. I emailed. No answer. I got an email from the company advertizing the same item yesterday. Today I finally got through and the item it sold out. I did get promised a refund. Their customer service is almost nonexistant. I went to fill out the customer surver and it says the order number is not valid."
