"Ordered some padded railing for a poker table on March 14th, site said it would ship "end of March." Item didn't ship until April even though my credit card was charged instantly. Product instructions were very poor and the railing was hard to deal with. I'm not sure how people manage to staple it on, didn't work at all for me (using power and manual staple guns, brads and staples, nothing worked). Item pictured in photograph looks quite different than what I received. I did receive the product but it wasn't worth the 3.35 a foot I was charged. Another word of caution is that any other company I have dealt with charges the credit card when the backordered item comes into stock. I did call customer support and they were unhelpful, at best."
