"I had an extremely hard time getting an RMA processed. I wanted to exchange my case for another one. They claimed that the case I was returning was damaged (even though I had used it less than a day). I know for a fact it was not damaged through use; I barely used it. They only would provide a store credit. Still, I eventually got the credit, so I guess things are ok. "

"The cell phone case I purchased came to me in what I thought was the incorrect color. It showed a nice purple on the website but the case that came to me looked black. When I complained, I was told I needed to PURCHASE another case and then I would receive credit when they received the case back. BUT the case had to be unused (and of course I wanted to protect my phone so I did use it for a day or two at that point). The customer NON-service agent I spoke to finally pulled a case from the warehouse, looked at it and informed me that it was indeed purple and if you hold it in the sunlight, you would be able to see a difference from the black one. Therefore, cases.com has done TWO disservices. They mistrepresented the color on the website and they were about to make me pay for two cases when it was their fault and their responsibility to replace the case. I am appalled and will NEVER do business with them again."

"Very happy with the service. I was a bit nervous about cases.com (Aluron) since I have not heard of them before and could not find a lot of reviews on the store; however, their price on my Treo case was so much lower than other companies that I figured it was worth the risk.

I placed this order at the same time as I placed other orders. I used the basic shipping package and it arrived on the third business day from when I placed the order (first in the group of three orders placed at the same time with similar shipping options).

I was also happy with the fact that they are one of those companies who sends you an e-mail telling you when the item ships, what its tracking # is, etc."

"Updated 10/30/05 - I ordered another case from cases.com on 10/27. With their standard shipping, I received the case the next day, and it was exactly as advertised. I'm very pleased with their prices and deliver.

I purchased a PDAir aluminum case on Wednesday June 1 with standard USPS shipping. Not only was I pleasantly surprised to receive it 36 hours after I ordered it, I am also very pleased with the case. I was looking for something streamlined that would really protect a Palm Treo, and this case fits the bill perfectly. Very smooth transaction, very happy.

"I purchased a Boxwave Screen Protector for my PDA. When it arrived, I was unable to remove the manuf. stickers from the product without leaving the glue all over the screen protector. It was clear that the screen protector has overheated somewhere.
I contacted cases.com (Aluron, Inc) to see if they could help me.
After asking for a manager,...I was put in touch with the owner of the company.
He was kind enough to cross ship a new screen protector to myself. I was told to just put the defective screen protector in an envelope and mail it back so they could return it back to BoxWave for a credit.
The owner of the company exceeded my customer service expectations."

"The item I got was misrepresented on the web site. The name of the item there used the work "platinum" which I though described the "bronze" look in the picture. When the item arrived, there was no "platinum" in the item name on the package and there was no platinum in the color. It was the same item however. The company was very unapologetic and rather rude about the situation and did not pay for the return of the item."

"I recently ordered a Covertec Treo flip case from them and was pleasantly surprised to receive it 3 days from my order date. Was originally hesistant to order from them because there was only 1 review but I couldn't resist their slightly cheaper price and on top of that, I had a coupon. They also gave me another coupon in the shipment. I would order from them again."
