They responded quickly to my email that I sent them as there was some confusion about a tracking number (I received two for the same order and thought perhaps it had been split but that was not the case and they got back to me with which was the proper tracking number.)<br><br>Agree with another that their selection is a bit limited. But prices for what they have are good and shipping is not exorbitant like some others. I have placed a second order and will let you know how it goes.<br><br>Updating - experience with my second order also fine. Did have to contact again regarding whether order shipped which is result of my having to use USPS in my current location. They responded quickly, on a Sunday. Two of the fans survived and functioned even though the individual fan boxes were damaged. The third fan was in at least 10 pieces. I notified UPS of the damage with the tracking number as reference. I notified CaseCooler of the loss and requested a replacement fan. CaseCooler shipped a replacement fan via USPS Priority Mail and it arrived in excellent condition.
