"I couldn't believe how easy it was!! I searched the web to see what other people were paying for the car I wanted and what a good deal SHOULD be. Then I found carwoo and stated what I wanted. A few days later I ended up with a deal that was less than dealer invoice! I accepted the offer and headed over to the dealership. I was out of there in about an hour with my new car. LOVE IT!!!"

I bought the car I wanted at a great price, everything as settled online (even though the dealer first try to make me go there in person to negotiate the best price). I am still getting junk mail from all the dealers I contacted before using Carwoo, and hate it. Next time I will try to use only Carwoo!"
"It is a great concept but their failure enforce their own TOS will be their downfall if they do not change that practice, I emailed their support group when I received an offer that violated their TOS (dealer did not have car, dealer was trying bait and switch, dealer tried to divert me to their own site to obtain my contact info. The response from carwoo while pleasent was "We encourage appropriate behavior by dealers simply by continually reinforcing best practices in the product and the community based reputation system, however, bad dealers will still use CarWoo from time to time. We will be happy to follow up with the dealer and have him place an offer, if he can correctly".
Fact is, this response shows their is no penalty for dealers using the practices we are trying to avoid by using carwoo so whats the point... it will become just another outlet for dealers to play their tricks."
