reply posted May-25-2013 “We are sorry you are not happy with our service. You purchased seventeen boxes of vinyl tile of which you said five boxes were defective. We IMMEDIATELY sent you five replacement boxes (but not before we inspected each and every tile. We asked you to return one box of the original defective boxes so as we could file a claim with the manufacturer. Upon inspection of the returned box we found no defects. Of the five replacement boxes that was shipped to you after we made sure there were no defects, you said two of those boxes were defective. Ultimately we gave you a refund for the so called defective material. Bad customer service? I think otherwise.”
