Thanks to everyone at Car Steering for their excellent customer service and especially to Scott, who was patient enough to answer all my queries.  
I purchased a power steering rack for my Infiniti FX35. The rack made it to Bulgaria from San Diego, CA for a record 2 days, probably setting a world record for shipping reaction and overall delivery time for such distance!!!  
I had it collected from the customs and installed on my car and my car feels like a brand new one - what a difference it makes! The rack cost me 1/3 of the official dealer price (including shipping) and i am very happy! All went perfectly smooth and fine - e-mail communication, payment, shipping, customs collection, dealer service work.
