"GREAT experience dealing with Car Parts Wholesale. I had priced a grill for my Lincoln already on Ebay. The price was better (including freight) as well as the posted delivery time. Not only was it delivered on time, but there were several notifications to track the delivery.

Will buy from you guys again!"

"CPW has always had tthe part I need and the purchase experience good, easy and on time. I was a little upset with the way it was delivered the last time however I realize that Fed Ex is to blame for that. I used the tracking number and watched for it the day it was scheduled to be delivered at my place of business but it never came before quiting time of 5 PM. Upon return on the folloowing Monday the box had been dropped over the fence front gate. Good thing it wasn't fragile!"

"I ordered two brake rotors from CPW and only one rotor came with the shipment. The shipment invoice stated that there should be two shipments but I only got one tracking number and Fedex told me there's only one package as well.

I called them immediately to ask for a replacement order. Called back 3 days later and the 'customer service agent' told me my order is already "delivered." I explained what happened and the CSA told me to hold while she forwarding me to customer service (then what did I just spent 10 minutes talking to?). After asking for a supervisor she told me that they don't have an order status on the replacement order and they can't upgrade my order to a faster shipment method (from ground shipping).

After that I have had just about enough of this and asked for a refund. I'm not holding my breath to get my refund any time soon. Good thing there's always a credit card charge back."

"Overall I'm satisfied. All expected parts received and in good condition, however, I believe, logistically, there may be improvements as most all orders I place with carpartswholesale.com are delivered from the east coast to the west. This, of course, makes delivery less efficient, takes longer and overall will cost a bit more."
