The shipment invoice stated that there should be two shipments but I only got one tracking number and Fedex told me there\u0027s only one package as well.<br><br>I called them immediately to ask for a replacement order. Called back 3 days later and the \u0027customer service agent\u0027 told me my order is already \u0022delivered.\u0022 I explained what happened and the CSA told me to hold while she forwarding me to customer service (then what did I just spent 10 minutes talking to?). After asking for a supervisor she told me that they don\u0027t have an order status on the replacement order and they can\u0027t upgrade my order to a faster shipment method (from ground shipping).<br><br>After that I have had just about enough of this and asked for a refund. I\u0027m not holding my breath to get my refund any time soon. "GREAT experience dealing with Car Parts Wholesale. I had priced a grill for my Lincoln already on Ebay. The price was better (including freight) as well as the posted delivery time. Not only was it delivered on time, but there were several notifications to track the delivery.
