The part arrived quickly, but they sent me the wrong part. After calling their customer service, the rep said they don't actually stock this part and couldn't ship me the correct one. I checked eBay again to find a replacement, and they still list 10 auctions selling this part. FYI, their "99 00 01 Protege Window Regulator" doesn't fit 99 Proteges, as they advertise. I thought false advertising was illegal?

I read a lot of negative reviews from this seller. I had decided against purchasing from them but later found the part I needed on eBay. Turned out to be the same people! I called about the item that was listed on eBay and the salesmen advised me that I should just order it over the phone to avoid having other orders ahead of mine. I went ahead and purchased the 99 Civic Headlight Assembly. Later I found out it was the same company that I saw had so many terrible reviews. I was nervous!
The light came today (Monday) I placed the order last Wednesday. Well packaged, I'm happy!

Worst online ordering experience that I've ever had! One of four identical parts arrived. Took one month and seven phone calls with on-hold times in excess of 30 minutes to request the missing parts in my order. Every single customer service rep. promised a call back - including two supervisorts with whom I spoke.
I hope nobody has to ever experience this type of situation like I did. All the while, the on-hold message tells me that I'm a valuable customer and that Car Parts Wholesale promises to deliver the right part, quickly and that customer service is a commitment. It's a joke.

Pretty bad service - unwilling to cancel order after I called a few seconds after I placed it - said it was already "sent to vendor." Now I have to pay shipping to send it back, even though it hasn't shipped yet. I wouldn't deal with these folks again.

purchased oil filler cap for 1999 ford ranger 4liter price of 8.95 informed cust ser that part did not fit threads to short they verified that i had ordered correct part sent ra#2853986 to return and credit 8.95 it cost 6.95 to ship so am assuming it would cost same to return for 2 dollars is it wourth the effort to return being it was your mistake sending wrong part you should at least pay for shipping. same part costs 4.oo at napa bought original at ford dealer for 7.95 rip off on price and shipping would never recomend this store

I bought a bumper from these guys over Ebay. When I asked for a shipping quote to Hawaii, they replied that it would be $46.00 dollars. Armed with this information, I won the auction, committing to buy the part. However, when I went to go check out, shipping suddenly jumped to over $120. A little angry, I called their customer support and was essentially told that I should've known that UPS charges 3x their normal shipping rate and that they would not honor their original quote. Because I needed the part, I went ahead and paid the inflated price, as it was still marginally less than other stores. When I obviously left them neutral feedback for the reason of providing me a false shipping quote, apparently to reel me in, they gave me neutral feedback in turn. These guys are a bunch of scammers that apparently have no respect for their customers.

This is a reseller for US Auto Parts. The part they shipped arrived in an open package (within their packing). It was missing mounting hardware and installation information. It was also the WRONG part. The electrical connection was wrong. The rail sizes were too small, etc. So I called them and they said that I had to mail them pictures of the wrong part as well pictures of the part I am replacing before they would give me a return authorization number. This was obviously a tactic to move the return outside the stated return period for a refund. Given their position, I told them I would simply dispute the credit card charge and not return the part then. I told them that, as another option, I would pay the shipping back but I wanted a refund. They then reluctantly gave me a return authorization number. When they verified the return arrived they sent me an email saying they won't refund the original shipping charge and will charge a 20% restocking fee. So apparently they make money by shipping the wrong part and charging you 20% for the privilege.
All this happened before the credit card bill came in so, when the bill did arrive, I filed a dispute and told AMEX I won’t be paying any of their charge.
