"I was sent a strut that was damaged and also the incorrect side. Ordered a drivers side and passenger side strut, and they sent me 2 drivers sides. I already had the car apart, so had to get a friend to drive me to NAPA to spend another $120 to get correct one. Now sending it back is a fiasco. Had to get a RA number, they conveniently forgot to send me a prepaid shipping label for Fed Ex and now im out the shipping on this part as well. They have done nothing but inconvenience me. NEVER AGAIN! They obviously don't have a quality assurance dept to make sure they are sending correct parts. DONT BUY HERE unless you want a big headache. Not worth the small amt of money saved..should have gone to NAPA"
