"I have made an order (2 rotors and 7 brake pads) with them and emailed them to know when the parts will be shipped. They replied it will be shipped in next couple days without giving an exact date. contacted again and replied with the same sentence. after three days of placing the order I contacted them and they said still processing . So, I said if you are not able to ship the parts today, please cancel the order. Then they cancelled the order and refunded with less that the amount paid. I asked them why, they said that is because the parts you order coming from another warehouse and it costs around 40$. I tolled them you did not mentioned that from the beginning. the customer service said you should be aware of it without acknowledge.

I recommend to every one not to buy from such really too bad customer service as If they have it!"

It was a great experience to buy from CarPartKings especially that I am located overseas, and not all merchants have a shipping policy to serve overseas customers. I got the parts that I want, and they all were priced very reasonable and shipping was also very reasonalbe.

"Fantastic, excellent, I was a little worried having to send it half way around the world. I'm not now and if I need their service again I will have no issue using them again. Fast easy communication easy buying and fast shipping. Shipping cost are ridiculously high but this is not CarPartsKing's fault I can't recommend CarPartsKing high enough. Carl New Zealand"
