"I wrote this review here is because I think they are underrated here (based on my experience).

I ordered a pair of Nissan Altima fog lights from Carpart4u because their price is the best online. I am aware of their bad review here, so I decided to email them to make sure they have it in stock. They end up get back to me in 30mins, they seems polite and prompt.

After a few emails, I realize they are able to ship the item out the same day if I order before the shipping cut off time(2pm PST). So I ordered in the morning and the tracking number showed up in my email the next morning. And 4 days later, it was delivered at my house. The package was shipped double box, and the item looks totally brand new.

Upon our email conversations, I was told that they are doing pretty well in Amazon, I googled their review on Amazon and it cleared my doubt. I will definitely shop with them again if I need any lighting product."

"Bad services DO NOT ORDER your Autos part from this company. I placed the order (Optionracing BMW E53 X5 99-06 Ultra White CCFL Halo Ring ) on 17 of May until now, I have no one contacting me and let me know what s up."

"Unhappy. Website says part would fit my vehicle and trim line but it doesn't. I must pay for return shipping. Carpart4u got me for over $30 and I received nothing."
