I called and spoke to nice gentleman who placed me on hold to look into the matter and when he came back on the line said the order<br>had not been shipped because they needed to know the over length of the vehicle. I explained the vehicle in question was garaged 100 miles from where i was calling and I could not provide the length for him. He explained they could not ship the cover without the length of the vehicle. I asked him to cancel the order and they promptly issued a refund. I am confused as to why their website offers a cover for my vehicle but the cannot fulfill the order without the length of the vehicle. The other disappointment is that the company never contacted me to let me know why there was a delay. The vehicle in question is a 1938 Chevy Business coupe.
