"Literally the rudest company I have ever dealt with. I usually use other canvas companies and am always happy with everything I have purchased. This company had a deal going on "85% off + shipping" so I figured I would give their company a try. Horrible mistake. The price I saw for the subtotal was $113.00, a few days later (never receiving a confirmation email), I noticed in my credit card bill a $300.00 charge!! I called right away to figure why it was more than double what I had agreed upon when hitting submit and the rude lady claimed it was because of shipping. Why did the deal say + shipping then? And regardless, why did my 8x10 cost $20.00 to ship (the same as my 18x20)? Each item was shipped separately and it ended up costing me more in shipping than the actual canvas. The customer service "supervisor" told me I must have not seen the 2 PAGES of shipping charges and that it was my fault. Before any of it was ever shipped, I had also emailed them saying CANCEL the order, I refuse to pay that much for shipping. (I'd rather go walk in Wal-Mart and have it done)-never received an email back and she claimed it was already sent out (we never got a "shipped" email until 2 days later). I have over 20 canvas pictures all from online companies and have always been more than happy. Use any company EXCEPT this one. And if you end up having a problem, trust me that they will be nothing but rude and blame you for any issue their company has. My credit card now gets to deal with this horrible company. Maybe they will teach them a thing or two about false advertising."
"I ordered 4 canvas prints from them. We took very high res photos on our nice DSLR, a much higher DPI than they even needed. When these photos arrived I was shocked at how horrible they were.The quality of the actual print was grainy and the colors were washed out. The print was also crooked on the canvas AND the canvas was crooked on the frame. It was hard to reach anyone about a refund. then, when I finally reached someone to ask for a refund, I supplied all the information they asked for. They countered by asking for some of the same information again. I supplied it again...they asked for other information, which had also been supplied the first time. They tried to make me sound dumb, like I should have expected the quality I got because "printing on canvas changes things". Also they told us they did not alter the photos or colors at all, but it was very obvious they had. Also, I have canvas prints from 2 other places and they are gorgeous - good quality CAN be done in canvas prints.It took me multiple emails and multiple phone calls to get the refund approved. Then it took weeks for my money to be refunded. I had to call and check on the refund, and they said there had been some issue and it hadn't processed yet. But nobody had told me that. So then it was processed and I did finally have my money back.But, I would never use them again and never recommend them to anyone. Bad quality, bad customer service...not a good combination. If you want a good print, go to https://www.mypix2canvas.com ...but do NOT use Canvas People. "
"Terrible service. Terrible communications. We ordered our canvas as a Christmas gift for my parents. The website said place order by 12/11 guaranteed to be at your house by 12/23. Well...it's now 1/11/11 and we still do not have our canvas. I have called multiple times and no one answers or returns my call. I have sent e-mails and I just get a form e-mail back with look for the answers on their website. No offer of money back for completely missing the deadline. Totally disappointed. Will never use them again."
"Canvas order came quickly.Canvas image wasn't as expected, so contacted customer service.Customer service was FANTASTIC and shipped out a fixed replacement.Shipment was well packaged with plenty of padding.Sign up for their email/coupon notifications.Recommended."
