"This is my second purchase from Canoga. I ordered a canon speedlight 430EX flash. The orders were delivered promptly, well-packed, arrived in perfect working order. The store's website was easy to navigate, and the ordering task was straightforward (unlike some other sites we've used.) When I had a question about the order, the phone was answered quickly and courteously. I have talked to a few saleperson and they are all very friendly. Definitely I would rate this store an A+++++++.

"Ordered a Nikon 80-400 from Canoga on Thursday night. It was shipped on Friday.

It was my first time ordering from Canoga - I usually order from Adorama, B&H or Abes. Canoga was the only one that had the lens in stock so I ordered from them.

Very happy with the quick service, the correct online stock status and the lens."

"My daughter is a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where she is studying photography. She is preparing to enter the world of digital photography. As a former USNavy photographer I appreciate the quality of good equipment that is flexible as well as sturdy and functional. The prices and package offerings at Canoga were exceptional and their reputation for customer service is evident after reading other customer feedback.
The equipment we ordered arrived well packed and as ordered. The were several phone conversations with the Canoga staff, specifically Chris,Drew,Jim,and Jamie. They answered all our questions and help keep track of the order. Even when the additional lens that was ordered with the package turned out to have complications, they kept in touch until the issue was resolved. NO extra sales pressure at any time. Great job folks. Worth the wait from CA and safer than the east coast sellers. I'm sure we'll do business as Christine continues her studies.

"Just received my latest order from Canoga Camera. Katrina was most helpful and patient answering my questions on the phone. Kathy was quick to correct my shipping address error. My order was securely packaged and protected from possible shipping damage.
All of my experiences with Canoga Camera have been positive."

"Canoga Camera is awsome to deal with. 2nd time purchasing from them and will be my first choice next time I make another purchase. Got my shippment out the day I ordered living in Oregon got my stuff to me in 3 days. They are A+ in my book."

"One of the best experiences buying online I have ever had. I placed my order on a Sunday, was contacted on Monday via telephone by a very friendly person to verify my order. She said that the order would ship end of day and, since I live in Southern California, I should receive it the next day. I checked the tracking of the package through their website which seems to be linked to UPS tracking, very nice. The package was delivered the next day. I ordered quite a few items as it was part of a package deal and they were all packed very securely in the box. One item was missing from the shipment (UV filter), but a quick check of the receipt showed me that it is on back order. I am very impressed with the way this company does business and heartily recommend them to anyone looking for photographic supplies. Nice job!

I am updating this review to add that the back ordered item was delivered to my door 2 days later via UPS at no extra charge. Once again, a very good company to business with."

"I've been dealing with Canoga for years and I've yet to be disappointed in any way. Their prices are always among the lowest and they pack well and ship quickly. Up until my last order I've never had to deal with their customer service...and I'm happy to report that now that I have, it was a positive experience. I received a lens that appeared to have an issue with a decentered optical element. I contacted the manager Chris about an exchange and he was very accommodating. They shipped out a replacement lens within a couple of days of receiving the returned lens. The new lens performs great and I remain a happy customer who will continue to do business with Canoga in the future."

"I have been dealing with Canoga Camera for the past 8 years and I can not say enough good things about these guys.
I recently purchased a Nikon D90 and assorted equipment to go with my Nikon, Mikhail was very helpful and courteous. I got there close to closing time, Mikhail stayed with me until I was comfortable with my new equipment.
Thanks guys for the first class service that I have always received from your store.
All of your employees that I have dealt with have been top shelf in customer service.
Canoga Camera prices are very competitive and fair, add that to their first class customer service and you can not go wrong."

"I have done business with Canoga Camera over a long period at several occasions. Their prices are usually very competitive and the shipping is reliable and sometimes free. I only ran into one issue once, some time ago, but it was really partially my fault. The customer service rep took excellent care of the issue and made me a happy customer with merchandise in hand and no money lost. Canoga Camera is always on my list when I am shopping for photo equipment and I can recommend them whole heartedly."
